Is Anyone Having Issues With BetDSI Two Step Authentication Requesting Bitcoin PO?

First time requesting a PO with BetDSI. Did the entire online process... and the Two Step Code isn't being sent to my phone. Tried it 5 times. Talked with DSI... they claim they are working on it. I spoke with my cell provider Sprint... and there's no international text block on my acct.

Just wondering if anyone else is using this feature.... and had success? Thanks.

Thanks for sharing. We'll see if we can confirm this issue and ask for an ETA.

At first glance... they claim it was my cell provider that was causing the issue (Sprint). I spent 40 minutes on the phone today discussing with Sprint. 3 different reps said my acct has no text blocking. All international texts are allowed.

Furthermore, I get two step authentication from blockchain, circle, and coinbase with no issues. All within 20 seconds if not sooner. I don't know where the short codes are transmitted from? BetDSI claims their codes are generated internationally... and not in the USA.

But who really knows what's going on?

All I know is I've been working on this since 9AM Eastern... and stopped around 11:20AM Eastern. It is aggravating to say the least. Didn't expect this.

I have all kinds of issues with two-factor with Coinbase. It's dangerous.

The problem is probably that the texts are being sent from a number that is not compatible with your phone. Certain phone providers do not receive phone calls from numbers over a certain number of digits and texts are often generated from these types of numbers. If that is the case, you simply will not be able to get a text with your phone and it sucks to be you.

BetDSI's SMS verifications are going out and being received as normal. A small minority (1% or less) of users occasionally experience the type of issue described in the first post due to phone providers.

TheMoneyShot --- BetDSI cannot identify your situation based on your post. Can you please either: email Bitcoin@BetDSI.eu, call the bitcoin department hotline at 1-855-535-4947, or write in to mail@sportsbookreview.com with your account ID, so the bitcoin department can take care of this for you.

Thanks for the post. Apparently the supervisor believes it's mostly Sprint carriers with this problem. He claims he is getting more calls from other clients today with the same exact issue.

The result is to find a landline or use someone elses cell phone to verify two step authentication... if I want a Bitcoin PO. I asked if they could manually bypass this or try another alternative. He said no. Those are my only options.

    Just one unbelievable day.

Just for reference... a friend of mine came through for me. He has AT&T service... IPhone 6 to be exact. The Two Step code came through within seconds he said.

I use a Samsung Galaxy s3. So is it the Sprint network that's blocking these texts?? Or my old phone can't receive them? But I get Two Step codes from everyone else. I don't get it?

    One long day.

Probably Sprint. I have a bank I cannot receive texts from with AT&T because of the length of the number. Can't get texts from Coinbase for a reason Coinbase has no idea about.
