    Guts.com warning!!!!

I deposited today on this site (guts.com), never heard of them before. Tried to make the first bet... but found out that the limits are non existent. 1 euro or less on some matches that I tried to bet. then I tried to withdraw immediately the money but (another surprise) I could not. the guy on the chat told me that I have to rollover the entire deposit once and they did not accept to raise my limits also. this is a joke... I wish I never heard of them...

They are very reputable so that's some strange behaviour from them. I would have thought that they've linked you to some other accounts for whatever reason and limited you straight off the bat because of a reason similar to that. Given Guts.com are reputable, I would have thought if somebody higher up than just the bog-standard customer service staff get involved then they will probably see how unreasonable they are being and sort the issue out.

Although like pretty much every other bookmaker they would have terms that say you have to rollover your deposit to get a free withdrawal otherwise you have to pay a withdrawal fee, if they're giving you €1 limits from the start then that's just not reasonable to expect you to rollover the deposit so they should either raise the limits at least temporarily to let you reasonably rollover the deposit in order to get a free withdrawal or if they don't want to raise the limits even temporarily to allow you to reasonably rollover the deposit, then they should allow you to withdraw the money straight away for free, as keeping the limits as they are and forcing you to rollover the deposit at €1 limits simply isn't reasonable.

You will need to either raise this complaint further yourself to a manager or whatever at Guts.com to explain the situation, or do a complaint with SBR, as it's very unreasonable behaviour and Guts.com should rectify the situation.

They limited my account quite a long time ago, maybe a year ago. I remember they had some good odds and if something happened in a match and other bookies dramatically changed their odds, guts always changed the odds later than other bookies so you could find some tasty arbitrages.

I guess they didn't like that I placed bets on the odds they offered, and now I can also bet only about an euro per match.

It's strange that they limited your account before even placing any bets.

You may have been a member of a partner site or one they share info with.

If you would like SBR to try and encourage them to refund your deposit without the rollover feel free to fill in a sportsbook complaint form.

No, OPtional I'm not going to make a complain. I made some bets on favorites on soccer and see what happens. Just wanted to share this with other bettors. And I send the link of this thread to them...

never had a problem with them ever, tested them out a few months ago to get a 100% on a 100$ deposit. they've cashed out all three of my withdrawls so far in less than 2 hours.
