    5D freerolls me

I bet the in-game Colts/Lions over 49.5 early in the first half. It showed up in my ledger as a *second half* over 49.5, which is obviously a copy error. I brought it to their attention, and after taking an hour to work on it, they deleted the bet with the game at 21-18 in the third quarter.

From them: "You were totally right, there's an issue with the wording in the wager you mentioned. Due to that all the wagers having that line will be canceled. We appreciate your time and email notifying us about this issue."

They're saying it's a line error. It's not a line error, it's a copy error, and even if it were a line error, I would have been betting the idiot side of it. (By which I mean, there was no attempt by me to exploit this.) In addition, no second-half bets ever show up in Live In-Play section early in the first quarter.

(I've tried to upload the image, but I'm getting an error message that a 50KB file exceeds the forum quote by 2.89 GB.)

Where's the link to filing a complaint with SBR?

    Hi jwilson462,

What was the score when you bet over 49.5 for the game in-running? It sounds like the market was voided across the board on both sides due to the copy error you pointed out, so I wouldn't say this is a "freeroll".

Line errors include (but are not limited to) backwards lines, price errors; typos, misspellings or incorrect wordings that affect the essence of the line intended; incorrect team/players listed in match ups, etc.

It shouldn't have been labeled as a second half bet and may have been intended to be. We can't say for certain without speaking to the book. Feel free to write in to help@sportsbookreview.com.

The question is whether it was shown as a second half bet on the live betting screen (doubtful), or simply showed up in the player's pending bets list as such. If the latter, the bet should definitely stand since it was offered/accepted correctly and was only recorded incorrectly. Over the years, I've seen plenty of bets look fine on the wagering page but then show up on the pending bets screen with ambiguous/incorrect wording; none of them were cancelled.

Don't place bets where the books make mistakes. It's your words against theirs and they always win. You notice a mistake you leave the bet alone simple as that. Now there going to investigate your account and probably have you marked as a problematic account

Always one side is happy and the other not when they void a market.
