sister of dsi... You'd think 3 deposits of 8k each, lost in a matter of a month, including over 5k in the casino would constitute a recreational status. This morning I was informed I am not considered this (they are right Im much worse) and took away betpoints and deposit bonuses (all which are lost as well from the deposits)
I don't know what else to say....imagine if I won...pathetic paranoia.

Thanks for sharing. Sportsbooks profile players on more than if they've won or lost. For example if you were betting soft lines but happened to lose or chasing steam, you can just as easily be cut. Bonuses and perks are the first thing to go when you are flagged as non-recreational, but we can follow up on the accumulated betpoints. Please submit a complaint.

the chat rep gave the betpoints earned....I bet 1 single steam game out of about 20 wagers that lost as well. I took bunch of MLB faves that got creamed....I'm a books dream but I guess wasn't enough. Thanks anyways. Just sad.
