    Pinnacle not paying out

Edit by SBR: We followed up with Pinnacle and they confirmed the two payouts were processed normally. The player then went to his bank and realized that his bank placed the payouts in his Euro account which he was not monitoring. There was no issue on Pinnacle's end.

Hi to everyone. I made two withdrawals via bank transfer on Pinnacle, first one on April 28 and second one on May 4. Until this day i didnt recieved anything and when i contact Pinnacle customer service im getting told they will check everything and get back to me. I contacted them first time on May 20 and they told me they will check with their bank in maximum 10 days and get back to me,they didnt and i sent them mails again, they keep telling the same thing, that they will contact me. Its been 5 weeks already since my first withdrawal request.
Is there anything i can do besides sending them mails?
    Thanks

You can start by providing more facts. How you deposited, how old/new your account is, whether you previously cashed out, whether your account is verified, whether Pinnacle may suspect you are taking them for a ride, etc etc etc

    Hi.
Never had a problem with Pinnacle as for withdrawals. Having my betting account for over 15 years there. But, never used a wire as the withdraw method. I remember, sometime, many years ago I deposited thru a wire, and it took extremely long time (7-8 working days), but all withdrawals (Skrill or Neteller) were processed within mintes or hours , always.

It is very strange if they are saying "we are checking it". Maybe a stupid question, but did you provide them with correct details of your bank account (IBAN, BIC, SWIFT, according to where your bank is located) ?

And as for emails - they always respond in minutes... maximum 1 hour...

So I do not understand where could be the problem ?

One idea. Did you try to contact your bank ? Do not they block payments from betting companies ?

Though, as I know, Pinnacle is (usually) using another (an intermediate) company, to handle with money ...

Sounds like there was a problem with the receiver info if two have gone missing.

It can be difficult to track down and get info from banks about things like this.

If you would like to fill in a complaint form with your account details SBR might be able to find out more info about what's going on for you: http://www.sportsbookreview.com/sportsbook-complaint/

On the other side, for example now, only two tennis matches remaining ( I mean LIVE betting), Struff vs Baghdatis and Rybarikova vs Watson, but both, at Pinnacle, still falling down (the websiste - not only my problem). If I email them - they will answer, as "they will check my problem " ... but it is not my problem, but Pinnacle' problem ...

    Marin,
We will ask Pinnacle about your issue. I dont believe they are having general issues with this payout method so hopefully its a matter of making a 1 into a 7 and they get you paid.

Thank you very much for helping me.
I deposited via credit card, account is verified and it is a new account, it was my first win and i didnt withdrawed all money, i left something on account for future playing. I checked in my bank and theres nothing.
I contacted Pinnacle again today on different way, directly to deposit/withdraw department, and they answered this:

    Dear Client,

We apologize for the delay getting an update for your.
We are waiting to the bank to provided the requested information on your wires.
Please be assured that as soon as we have this available, we will forward it to you.
    Kind Regards

Basically same thing they answered on May 19.
    Dear Client,

Our Accounting Department will submit a request to our bank for the transfer reference number. The transfer reference number may be used by your bank to identify the wire.
Note that it may take up to ten business days to receive the information.
In the meantime, if you receive your wire, we would appreciate it if you would notify us.
We apologize for the delay and appreciate your understanding.

Did you receive a copy of your submission back by email after submitting?

If so, best way to contact the correct agent is to reply to that confirmation email and ask for an update.

If not, let me know and I'll try to chase it up for you.

Some transactions may be "lost" (technical glitch, user incorrect information given, operators make a mistake....) In this cases financial institutions will launch the investigation after the regular period of time is over. In practice it means that banks will wait 2 to 3 weeks before doing any actions, after that they will track the transaction and find out where money is. Then they will return it to the sender or send it to the final destination. This operation may include additional fees.

Edit by SBR: We were advised by Pinnacle that they've provided you with the reference numbers for each wire. They've followed up with their processor to ask about the delay.
