Book graded this wager as a loss ??

Please help. It is Japanese baseball Hiroshima Toyo Carp 1 - Fukuoka Softbank Hawks 1 . I had alternate runline -1.5 -116 but the game ended
after 5 innings. Shouldn't funds be put into my account and i got a PUSH ? The book will not put funds back into account.

i THINK (dont know) that if a baseball game does not go scheduled length due to weather or whatever only moneyline wagers count. runline and totals are cancelled or a push. i am basing this off mlb wagers that this has happened many times over the years and 1 minor league game this yr.

Game must go full 9 for runline wagers to count otherwise it's a push. Maybe Japanese leagues have different rules than MLB.

What was their reason? Can they show you where it says that in their rules? Was it a in game play? Pretty sure you should have gotten the push

Have you emailed the book to ask? Sounds like a grading error unless there is more to the story.

Send in a complaint form with your account details and SBR can ask for you if needed: http://www.sportsbookreview.com/sportsbook-complaint/

Was on live chat twice and finally just got this resolved with a push and funds credited back to account. It's hard to communicate correctly with live chat sometimes but everything turned out alright .

    Good work.

I don't use live chat myself. Email usually more effective as the CS person has time to think and research stuff if needed.
