while im not absolutely positive thats your problem,im always told to w/d BTC into a "non-bank" Wallet from a Sportsbook first...then ship to BitPay

    sportsbook>to "non-bank" Wallet(i.e.blockchain) >BitPay Card

in other words...BitPay falls under Banking rules, and a gambling transaction can be a no-no

Maybe Optional or others can chime in?

I would advise you don't number one is that the card loading invoice is timed and expires and number two why the hell would you chance it and lose the best thing ever!

I use the address in the app so there is no invoice so it does not expire.

Try checking your old e-mail linked on your blockchain wallet. Usually the wallet ID is in there somewhere. I sent myself an e-mail with the wallet identifier when I first opened it.

Future reference, in case you ever lose access to the email, obtain the 12 word pass phrase which you can get under "Backup Funds" and write it down and store it in a safe. This will also allow you to transfer your wallet into another program if you no longer want to use Blockchain.

DO NOT send from 5dimes to this card

**thought i made a mistake last week and sent old address already used and thats why the payout still isnt there on the card....

just got another 1 processed and sent to card, after 1 hr nothing at all......which means it will be weeks im guessing

just send it to a wallet like others have already said cause u can NOT get a hold CS for the card besides email and i still havent heard back from them over fridays missing funds

im guessing since 5dimes takes 36+hrs to send like mine maybe the price of BTC changes so much is why the address from bitpay doesnt match enough....anyways looks like another lost payout for a while

The reason why you shouldn't send the amount directly from a sportsbook to the bitpay card... the amount must be 100% precise. It can't be a digit off. It delays your balance... and customer service can block your deposit.

Always deposit from a wallet with EXACT AMOUNT.

how are you guys able to deposit from a different wallet than the built in ones on bitpay app? i noticed some ppl saying you have to send "exact" amount within 15 minutes or something but ive never had this option to load from an external wallet.

I open the bitpay app on phone then I see a box for wallets, card, buy & sell bitcoin and lastly services. when i tap cards it shows my bitpay debit card balance and activity with a button that says "+ add funds." when I add funds it only lets me select funds from the wallets inside the app....

The Wallet and the BITPAY cards are separate --you can load your card from the bitpay wallet ect...
