Bovada Fast Funds Question

I submitted my withdrawal request on 4/20...

On 5/5, they finally say it was processed...

And today, 5/11, I still haven't received the payout in my bank account (BkofAma). Is it unusual to go 6 days after processing before receiving the payment?

20 Days later I think they need to change the fast funds name.

They could solve this in two seconds by adding Bitcoin payouts

But shit happens when you live in the land of the free and choose to gamble online, at least with a solid book you know you'll eventually get paid despite our governments attempts to steal our money.

Still waiting for me - 2 months now - here is their latest canned email.........blah blah blah

Thanks for contacting Bovada Customer Service.

I sincerely apologize that you have still not received your $X,XXX withdrawal from March 15 with Reference Number XXXXXXXXX.

There is still not a concrete update I can provide you with at the moment, but I can let you know that we are closer in regards to solving the issue. I know that this is taking much longer than expected, but we are almost there in terms of catching up and it truly should not be much longer.

We greatly appreciate your continued patience and understanding during this matter.

We’re available to help 24/7 if you need anything else.

    Thanks,

I know you guys have all been waiting a long time and I have sympathy...

I'm not waiting nearly as long, but I did a Bitcoin payout(which should be damn near instant) and it has been over 72 hours since my payout request and the funds are still in my account.

On the website is says sometimes it takes up to 48 hours to "review and approve" payouts. Now they are telling me that is just a timeframe and not always accurate. These crooks keep changing their story and I do not appreciate these stalling tactics. I'm starting to get pissed off and about to go postal on one of their poor customer service reps.

Yep looks like it takes almost a month to get paid via credit or debit card these days at Bovada... I'll still play with Bovada but not happy about the lengthy wait time with these payouts.. Not cool

Put in a VFF withdrawal request on 4/25 and another on 4/29. Still waiting. Both were said to be "processed" on the same days. Got an apology email on Saturday saying an expedited transfer would be done early next week. Apparently early next week means mid-week or end of the week. Not depositing another dime to these fuckers and I've been with them over 10 years

    Thanks for your reply.

We apologize for the delay in your withdrawal request.

We're unable to provide an exact date on when your request will be processed as we're still experiencing a back-log in overall withdrawal transactions due to the large number of delayed withdrawal in March.

We're never happy to have payments issued to our players outside of the time frames we're so proud of; however, this is the current reality surrounding withdrawals with us at the moment. We're very eager to return to our reputation of issuing payments to our players in a very timely fashion, and hope that you'll bear through this time with us.

Same email that others have received

JB, they credited the VFF back to your account?
I'm really not interested in anything going back to my account. If/when I get paid I'm done with bovada.

    Bovada payout?

Has anyone experienced any issues with receiving payouts from Bovada? My cousin requested a payout in the second week of March for $3k and hasn't received anything. Every time he calls he is told it is being processed but nothing ever happens. Just wondering. Thanks guys!

This will be returned to his account. He will then need to re-request and it will eventually get paid. Bitcoin is the fastest method right now. I don't suggest VFF until it is fixed.

Sounds like bovada is going through trouble. See my thread about them stealing my funds here: http://www.sportsbookreview.com/forum/sportsbooks-industry/3260130-bovada-stealing-funds.html

The only trouble that Bovada is going through in relation to you is having to waste time dealing with an angle shooter who won't accept they've been caught out this time.

It's so hilarious how bovada says "we're so eager to go back to our fast paying ways". When the penetrate were they fast payers???? Since bovada has been created, they have taken a minimum of 28 working days to actually pay you any amount. They purposely do this to make the player cancel the request and play again. I'm surprised no one has warned them because this is becoming ridiculous now. They have never paid fast. Not even once!

I had an issue with wagerweb a few months back where I requested $4800 via the "pay2card" option. It was only supposed to take 5 working days to hit my card but they had an issue and it took 8-9 working days. The manager "Matt" gave me $200 in my account and also paid me the $4800 that day. Now that is what you call Customerservice. Wagerweb takes not even 24 hours to pay you via cash but will take a maximum of 5-10 working days for a cashiers check. And if not some reason is doesn't come through, they truly take care of you.

Bovada has been a joke ever since they first came out. I'm extremely surprised how people still play with their pathetic book

You will probably get an email on 6/20 saying they have accounting issues and will let you know the update within 10-15 working days.

They truly are a bunch of scumbags

I'm new to the forum but why does Bovada still have an "A" rating on SBR if they have a past and present history of slow paying customers?

Because they pay more to be there. And also, they eventually pay customers after 2 months (if the customer doesn't get frustrated and cancel their request and lost it all)

They are by far the worst sportsbook ever. The only good thing I can say about them is that they have a beautiful website.
