    Agent functions???

    Make me understand please why a player would ever need an agent instead of sending money directly to a book and getting paid directly from that book. I have been following the thread about the BetPhoenix agent supposedly scamming the player for his money and dont understand how or why this happened. I have played for 17 years now and always sent my funds to the book and gotten paid from the book. Why would a player or a book for that matter ever need an agent?

    How do you get credit from an agent? Do they have the funds posted up and just take your action?

    I play with BetPhoenix. How do you go about finding an agent for them in a particular city? Will the book tell you?
