Hi everybody, this is my first message on the forum, I found it while searching on Google 1xbet scam...
I bet many times with marathonbet and I was satisfied with their service, nice odds and fast payouts (2 business days for a credit card in Italy!), so I decided to bet on russian bookies, 1xbet because of the large amounts of bets and virtual, casino too...

I want to withdraw from my account for the very first time(i won many euros in these latest days), they refused my first attempt. Then they request my documents. The problem is the document i used on the registration has been expired and I replaced with a new one. I sent photos of the new one, but they request a photo of the old one, but I didn't have it anymore since it expired, I only have a digital pic but they refuse to accept scanned pics. I'm desperate. Please help me!

They asked for the old passport, a digital photo with camera or smartphone. I had only a scanned copy. Anyway I asked to update the information with the new passport I sent to them, they accepted and they wrote: "Withdrawing is allowed".
Now I made a withdrawal, says It's being processed. Hope it will be good this time!
