    TopBet Payout

Anyone have problems getting their payouts from TopBet?
I have two pending payouts in the amount of $2400 that I requested on March 5th and March 12th respectively. Everytime that I call topbet I'm getting the runaround. They're talking about we have to get in contact with relevant Department which turns out to be the third party processor. Now I'm waiting for an ABN number whatever that is apparently topbet doesn't even know themselves. To track a payment that was supposed to post to my account about 2 weeks ago. They're saying that there processor haven't got back to him yet. I also have a lesser amount in the amount of $974 I believe that still within its 5 to 10 business day waiting period. I'm wondering has anyone on here has had the same problem with topbet. Mind you I only played $100 to win all of these winnings and this is my very first Sportsbook that I ever played on. I want to know if this is a normal routine for sports books when it come to payout.

FYI, I just spoke with Topbet's VIP Account Manager.

Speaking to me he said, "I have no clue when you or anyone else for that matter will get their money."

No it is not normal and is not the first time Topbet have had short term delays like this. Hopefully it will be no more than that again but you are welcome to submit a complaint form http://www.sportsbookreview.com/sportsbook-complaint/

Hey Optional, serious questions here, not trying to give you a hard time...

-You mentioned this is a "short delay". When does this issue become more than just a short delay?

-Also, Topbet keeps saying this is caused by a processor issue. Assuming that's the case can you elaborate on what this typically means? For example, did the processor send the funds only to have them confiscated by the US Gov at some point? Or is the processor just waiting for the optimal time to send the funds? Or something else?

You've helped me out in the past with a sportsbook issue and I know SBR can only do so much. I really appreciate your help

Processor issue is horse****. This is 2016. If they want to get a player paid they can do it anytime they want. It's not like they need to send out a courier pigeon or some guy with a briefcase handcuffed to his wrist. I play with btc sites. The deposits and payouts are quick and easy.
In my opinion over a month is a long delay. I'm an amateur though.
In any case, hope you get your payout and hope you get it soon.

Its not out of the ordinary for a payment to get lost. Its not common these days. If you see it has happened to others it starts to suggest it was a batch of payments, which also can happen, or it is something else internal.

Keep us posted as you go through the tracking process with them. Consider offering to accept an alternative payout method at no cost to you.

Still kicking myself that I actually deposited with these clowns at Topbet.

How come u guys that play at this crap book r surprised u can get stiffed? U can't really blame SBR, u knew what u were getting into. I learned my lesson at these bs books, they almost always close shop or have problems. I can't even remember one the crap books I used to play at that r still even open. Even freekin 1vice was ready to scam, I was able to watch that on sidelines but it really opened my eyes with places like this. These places are only worthhaving $500 in it not no damn 5k or however that kind of $ ended up here. I hope u get paid but not much SBR can do when they r ready to close shop.

Exactly, but it being 2016 means that the industry is post-UIGEA and it is a challenge to maintain good processors. That's why you see books moving away from the traditional processors and integrating bitcoin. This report provides some more context. It would be a bigger red flag for a slow-pay to occur through bitcoin since there are no intermediaries used or banking delays that could explain why payouts aren't paid within the advertised time.

Topbet has acknowledged a batch of slow-pay complaints. Anyone who hasn't already done so can submit a sportsbook complaint so we can see if we can get a specific ETA on your individual case.

I just meant it was short term last time. ie; it was fixed eventually. Mostly trying to be encouraging that the person I was replying to will actually get paid.

I don't know any more info about this Topbet situation than SBR Forum has posted but in general I think all those things you mention can come into it. The limited number of payment processing services use a bunch of different ways to get money through and I assume have fronts and accounts shut down quite regularly. As the book is their customer I expect they want to keep a positive spin on what is happening too which can make it tough for books to give fast and accurate info every time.

To me, it sounds like SBR_Forum has had good communication with them and expects that this will be resolved.

It almost been a month for me on my 1st payout for 2400 thst they took out on 03/15/16 and my 2nd is due by next week for another 2400. They keep telling me there's no information and we are waiting on the processor 3rd party. I finally won something and they won't payout at this time. Any suggestions has anyone been paid from March????? How do they continue to operate as a C letter grade book.

I've been playing also for over a year but never been in this situation. If you lost a good amount of money and finally won and you have 5k coming and don't see a penny of it you would be the same way and concerned with no payout for over a month.

FWIW a good friend of mine had been waiting about 3 weeks for a payout and he got it on Thursday. He said the last one he got before that was in March.

So they're definitely not disappearing. Just some delays. Hopefully you're not so hard up that having to wait a couple weeks for 4k will break you.

Hello, I submitted a w/d via wire on the 7th of April. That method is supposed to take 3-5 business days. I have yet to receive it. Also, Im still waiting for a pay2card w/d from March 31st. I'm beginning to wonder if something is going on with the company. Anyone actually receive payouts from them recently?

lol...sorry to break it to you but you're probably going to be waiting for quite a while. I'm still waiting on a payout from March 8th. Topbet is a disaster.
