It looks like wagerweb does not have live chat now. Are they still serviced by Heritage? Seems odd.

I haven't had live chat in a few days at heritage also. I haven't tried a different browser but my live chat box disappeared

Its still there, but you have to hunt for it on front page....its hard to find
