I have used them a lot recently. I haven't made any withdrawals though unfortunately. They also call me fairly often trying to get me to deposit. I have always gotten between 50% and 100% freeplay bonuses with reasonable rollovers.

Be careful with the payouts. They will do the payout on a ********** giftcard with a $20 activation fee and a $2 monthly service fee. Taking money out of an ATM will hit you with a $5 cash advance fee. Now the kicker is that the monthly fee with continue, so if you don't do another payout for a year you'll get tagged for another $24 in service fees when you finally do another payout. It's the worst payout method I have ever seen, just be aware of the fees. As far as the bonus, they've stood behind it, with a hefty roll over.

No complaints of late. They are focusing much more on retaining players and do little to no marketing for newbies.
