I see there is a notice on their site warning about fake sites using similar URLs.

And First Cagayan tell you the site is not licensed.

I wonder of you have been caught by a fake site and not the real 7liveAsia? As they are licensed by First Cagayan I am fairly sure.

I cannot read your images so not sure what they say but you say that you have recently won a huge amount. How recently? How long has the investigation been going on?

Hmmm. So they are saying it was a fake site by the sounds.

Damn this is a tough situation. Very hard to know if this is some sort of scam by them or if you really were tricked. You'd think that they should know immediately without an investigation though, so it does smell suspicious.

Please fill in a complaint form and maybe SBR can help find out more for you: http://www.sportsbookreview.com/sportsbook-complaint/

Mention if the 100k was won in the casino or sportsbook too. As we may be able to approach that supplier to confirm if their story is true.

Any feedback will be inform to you once we received any updates regarding your case. apologize that kept you waiting, sir. We will continue follow up your case. Thanks you for your patient and understanding ." they been keep repeating this for almost 3 month. Yes, that is what concerns me. As well as them asking you to prove you gambled on the real site.

On their website it says 7liveasia.com is the only valid URL... even says same thing on the 7live.asia website

    You would think so.

The whole thing is weird and difficult to understand exactly what might be going on.

I think you are right but whois info can be faked quite easily. Just type in anything you want at some registrars. Why the regulator acts like they have never heard of 7live.asia suggests everything is not as it should be though eh?

Anyway, lets hope SBR can help you sort it out.

If First Cagayan is the regulator, they are best.

Asking them again to help clarify if either 7liveasia.com or 7live.asia are correctly showing their seal on their websites might be a good start. Trying to work out what the real regulatory situation is. Maybe they are claiming that regulation via Opus. If you can sort out who/how they are regulated then First Cagayan are the best people as they can order them to pay. Next best is the casino and/or sportsbook white label suppliers.
