    "Reps have been re-assigned" probably equals most staff are now gone and this is an explanation to give people.

    My exact thoughts Optional. In the unlikely hood that its more than a 4 person operation, there is no need for any sort of staff at this point of the season. This is why they were pushing Thanksgiving and X Mas deposits hard. $25k deposits got you $250,000 in Free Plays. They knew they would never have to process a payout again as they were closing shop after the football season and nobody would be able to hit their absurd rollover requirements.

    For whoever was asking how my situation ended with them. "Robbie" got mad that I was still rightfully thinking my account should still remain open so instead of 30x he just closed the account. I can't even loggin any more, it just tells me to contact customer service every time. No matter who you talk to, after they "transfer" you (aka they just pass the laptop around) they all sound exactly the same. They use rude language, tell you to kick rocks, etc… I would say the couple people who are running this site are in high school…but I will give them benefit of the doubt and say that they are college guys (even though they act much younger.) Would not be surprised if they were working out of a dorm room honestly. This website is such a joke, just glad that I withdrew more then I deposited, even with the funds that I never received counting as a loss. ML718 is a complete joke of a site. Their website design is hilarious. Pretty sure they just used WordPress.

    They claim that they pay every single person who doesn't abuse their rules but they have a people over at ml718.org who are complaining that they aren't even able to contact customer service. I have their banking info, what should I do with it? Im positive they have somebody in the states that handles deposits into their bank accounts. Gian (a guy at other forums seems to be a shill for them), if you see him post about it, its always positive about ml718.

    Yeah, depositing there was definitely a mistake. It seems their bestpph.website is just a front to make it seem like ml718 is legitimately getting lines from a reputable company. The same verbage is used by both customer service reps at both places and their chats are always available at both places, never open at one place and closed at the other, same person is working both chats.

    Because it's private, no way of knowing the owners, no accountability...increased chance of them running away with clients money if clients go on a winning streak and because Paypal payments can be reversed for a long time after they were made, merchant payment or not.

    We had hoped that ML718 would address user cases with us after initially communicating with us on the OP's issue, so we had delayed adding them to our blacklist. We know that some players have reported payment in the past but also that users have balances upward of $35,000 that are being asked to turnover their funds numerous times as penalty for betting allegedly bad lines. Another player recently reported being owed a bitcoin withdrawal for over a month. Hopefully ML718 will turn it around and honor players funds.

    Of course. He's been 'gone' for a month. When I asked them recently if they did same day payouts, they assured me they always do same day. When I asked 'even if your owner is out of town?', I immediately got 'transfered' to Andrew who acted like he was 11 years old. When they thought I was a potential new customer they acted like they're an incredibly respected book, when they realized I've been reading SBR, they acted like a stiffbook.

    I have a balance with Ml718 now. Not huge, but I have had no problems with them so far....but I have not had to withdraw. Their rollover requirements are crazy at best, but I asked to see the rules in advnace. I have a 15x rollover, but only major sports count and only plays OVER $100 (ie $101) count towards rollover. I have met 90% of my roll to date, and will hit it by this weekend. Monday I will put in for a payout request and let you know how it goes.

    As promised, I have now met my rollover (in fact I exceeded it by 40%). I followed all rules, have not bet any bad lines or anything like that. I have emailed them asking for a withdrawl via bitcoin of 1/2 my account. I will update once I hear more info.

    Not looking good. Emailed their customer service 3x with no response so far. Normally they respond in a matter of minutes. Unlike others, there is nothing they can say about me that I did wrong because I carefully read all rules ahead of time. Kind of sad that they have to do something like this. Is it really worth all the bad publicity instead of paying the few and far between that win? Keeping players happy ensures people continue to deposit and eventually will lose everything unless you are one of the 2% that can hit 53% or higher consistantly. I will continue to upate

    UPDATE: Tried reaching out to them thru live chat. Rep responded to me "we do not have access to your emails we are in Phillipines they are in Costa Rica"

    I then replied, well last week when I contacted live chat asking about the negative info I read on SBR, the rep replied "I see you have sent an email on this matter too. I will clear the Que of your matter. If you followed the rules, everyone gets paid"

    I reminded the rep today that a week ago they could see my emails. They then responded "as of monday all CSR was outsourced to the Phillipines."

    I asked for a phone number. They replied "they do not have a phone number"

    I replied " I find it hard to beleive they have no phone or other way to contact them" They replied "I dont know what to tell you sir"

    I find it very convenient that I just happened to contact them the day after they moved the CSR to Phillipines. I also find it very convenient that they have not responded to my emails in hours when normally minutes.

    I will give anyone the benefit of the doubt, but as you and I know the liklihood of me receiving my funds in very low.

    Other info....initial deposit was $2.5dimes with a 100% bonus of 2.5 dimes via bitcoin. Rollover was 15x or 75dimes

    Due to their rollover rules that I knew were strange, I made sure to follow the rules. I put in a total of 154dimes in wagers of which 118dimes were "qualified" per their rules. This is MUCH higher than my rollover requirement, but I didnt want it to be close.

    My account balance is 10dimes and I have requested 5dimes in bitcoin
