On Sun morning, I contacted GT Bet in regards to a possible promotion of 100% reload. I chatted and talked to the representative and ASKED her to check my account. It took her awhile to check and said I was eligible. Then we chatted about depositing methods. ON Sunday, I made the deposit, They coudn't pick up the money until Monday.

Fast forward to today, I asked for my bonus, and long story short. The representative said it was a human error on her associates parts. Thats fine, However, IF that is on their representative end, I would either like the bonus that was promised or my money back.

They keep negotiating with me offering me 25% bonus and stuff. However, that is not the point. I contacted and ask their representative before my deposit. If they claim human error, than they have to make it right.

I really dont want to deal with Gt Bet anymore because of their attitudes. ( I asked for a chat transcript, and the representative did not send it). How is this a B+ book? I really just want my money back and they refuse to send it make. Am i wrong here?

They should give you your money back. But I would say it not out of the question for them to make you bet 1x. You knew you weren't allowed bonuses at GTBets because I've seen you post it and reps screw up all the time. You tried to pull a fast one.

Disagree. I always ask Betdsi and Betphoneix and then back then HR Wager. Sometimes even if you won, they might still want your action. That's why they have to check it with their manager. Done it plenty of times with HRwager. If the someone tells them its okay, then you are good to go.

Theres no such thing as pulling a fast one. The book is protected by the stated rules, but the management has the rights to give you exception if they want for your actions.

Buffalo the point is they said that i was eligible when I asked in advance if I was or not. If i didn't ask in advance, it would be 100% my fault. The fact that I ASKED, in advance, it falls into their responsibilities whether its management or reps.

I simply asked if they cannot give me the bonus which they Said my account was cleared for... There's a lot of other books thats offering bonus too. Not as good as 100% cash, but they are out there.

Then simply, refund my money. Im not even mad about them wasting my time going to the store and sending the money to them because "A Rep made a mistake". The rep checked my account for over like 4-10minute chat from what I remembered. If sbr can get the post, they can post it on forums.

What I am mad about is that, their rep made a mistake. That's fine, give me my money back for you messing up on your end. However, they refuse too and hold my money hostage. That's just being really unfair and unjust because they know they have my money already. I also requested to talk to a manager before I start all this drama. However, they refuse to transfer me to the manager to speak to. So i don't know if its the rep, or the management. They shouldn't be treating their customer like that. Even if customer service is not a concern, the unfairness is not justify.

Actually, I think in the past, I was eligible for one, in one of their promotion 100% as a winner. after cashing out earlier in past, within a 6month-8month period. I believe. Like I said, Sometimes these books wants your action and will take it. Sometimes they do, and i Bust they win. The rollover for these luxurious bonus is clearly disadvantage towards the players, However, its a gamble.

QuangX knew he might get a rep to make a mistake and then try to take advantage of it. They busted him on it. You've got a fair argument but we all know books don't stand behind what their reps say and you've got to make the effort to get the right info when you know they screwed up.

I would have double checked if I did not want to be inconvenienced. But if I tried to take advantage, I'd just do what it takes to withdraw. Not that big of a deal.

You live in the stone ages man, try BTC to deposit.
I got 100% deposit earlier in football season, forget the deposit but under a grand and cashed out over 6 dimes with no hassle. Really good experience there, and love the half point and casino.
People make mistakes, I doubt they were trying to scam you for your deposit with a bait and switch.
That's my 2 cents, if I'm wrong then I'll end up getting burned eventually because I plan to go back to gtbets.
