    yeah, they know only gamblers will use this features, so they will just try and squeeze out of them as much as possible without causing a riot.

    Some books only take one or the other. More convenient, and probably faster, than withdrawing to your bank and depositing at the other one. But I guess you are right, with the fee and limit it isn't that much better than the regular way really.

    Might use Skrill to Neteller someday if I need cash quick as I have Neteller prepaid card, but not the Skrill one. Always just used Skrill bank transfers, which used to be great and fast, slowed down for a while, but seems to back to pretty fast now.
