To request your payout via Amazon Gift Cards, please email epay@5dimes.eu.


You will be required to provide the following information:

· Amazon account sign in details (email address and password)


· Payout amount

· Sportsbook account user and password

The Epay Department will access the Amazon account provided to apply the Amazon gift card codes. At the exact time the funds are uploaded to your Amazon account, the same amount will be deducted from your Sportsbook account balance.

I wouldn't give anyone anywhere my login info for another site. Do not go through with this method if this is what it takes.

Just use Bitcoin withdrawal. You can use Purse.io and get 10-20% off on Amazon with Bitcoin, or just use Gyft.com and get 3% cashback on Amazon Gift Card. Seriously no reason to get the Amazon GC from them, if you want the GC use Gyft with Bitcoin.
