Hello all...hope everyone is doing well and having luck with their wagers. I won a 2 team parlay on montreal/nashville last night and got a little greedy playing the kings moneyline with the over!! small bet but I just wanted to bet on the game and watch it!

been betting for a couple of months now and ive been up and down but ive done a lot better as of late...and that kind of brings me here actually...

I am a Bodog customer and so far the service here has been decent...but some things on this site really do tick me off...they come out so late with the lines for some games and sometimes I can't really bet on what I need to before I go to work or whatever...

It's also so easy for me and people out there to deposit money into my account to them...It literally takes 3.2 seconds but when I want a little back I have to go through a little trouble...I don't see why they don't keep the customers always happy...I mean its a casino right and in the long run, having more players would mean more income no?

they need to just do simple things too and it irks me...its very slow on sundays, they need to add more servers...I kinda like this book though with the customer service and what ive been hearing from the payouts...ill get to that...but just very late lines/lines circled for what purpose? ... when you can go take your money elsewhere and bet it on another book? I simply do not find the logic in this...

Anyways I would just like to share some information about my payout story...I initially requested a payout of CA$ 1188.00 on 01/07/2010 05:28 AM...they then sent a confirmation e-mail that they receieved this request and they said 'our records indicate that we require the following documentation from you...Credit Card Verification Form for ****'

I can understand if the amount of the withdrawal is a lump sum but I don't believe it is...I'm a small time player and have just been playing for a short while...maybe a little over a month with bodog...but so easy to deposit money and without no proof? they need to take care of their players more...this simply is irritating.

(I went to staples depot on jan 6th around 6:30 PM EST...and I faxed all my information to them, filled out the client information form(s) and included my drivers license and credit card front/back and did that cool pencil shade thing with my credit card! the most exciting part of faxing all of that stuff! ...so I faxed the papers to bodog and the fax machine said the status of it was : ok. I then got an e-mail from bodog on January 7, 2010 5:09:48 AM saying 'We have received your documentation for Credit Card *****. This Credit Card is now verified.' ...So it took them a total of about 11-12 hours to process that information and accept it...which was very good...but!!!

I requested $1188.00 (my first payout with Bodog) and I also had 183.33 aside from my 1188 for them to send me and I bet on a 4 game NBA teaser and a 5 game NHL teaser...lost on both by one team...*cough avalanche/grizzlies cough*

so I lost my $183.33 on jan 6th and still had $1188 waiting to be cashed out...my credit card information was verified for them but they still didn't want to process my winning withdrawal...even though I passed all the checks and sent them everything rather quicky...

this is the first payout...

but I made another deposit on 01/07/2010 05:29 AM for $1000 after all my information was accepted on jan 7 5:09 am...so my information was all good and ready and I thought it would be processed rather quickly because, well it's been a day and honestly how many people cash out at once?...

so I had to make my withdrawl less because I wanted to bet the night of the 7th...when all my information was accepted and verified on bodog in the wee hours of the monring...I wanted to make a deposit and was told I couldn't because I have a payout pending...I knew they wouldn't pay me out, on jan 7th.. (knowing that I will most likely take a sum of money from the previous $1188 cheque I wanted them to send me...I can understand why they do this...but its freakin annoying...

the customer should be served a little bit better...and it really takes a full day to process my 1k winnings when I can deposit in so little time?

(I'm very sorry I went on and on in this thread...just trying to give everyone all the information I can so we can all help eachother in the long run...)

It's jan 8th now 3:47 am est as I write this...I live in Thornhill, Ontario. Canada. Still waiting for my payout...I really do like their customer service with the site...they are fast responding to my questions...although...after all of my information has been verified...I would either like to get my cheque or at least be able to deposit money since im good for it? you would figure...

Hopefully I will get my payout soon...I will keep you guys up to date...love reading these forums and a lot of you give very helpful information.

All in all...so far bodog is mediocre...I love the way it looks and the layout is pretty good...I want to consider trying another book though...

-has early basketball lines.
-super 10-13 nba/nfl teasers a must.

I know Bodog will get better in time with the lines and what not...because im sure there obviously losing customers because of it...I like the customer service though and have heard the payouts are really good but mine was still pending for a day or so!

i got a bodog account and get my checks on a regular basis with no problem,but heres a word of advice,if u want all your money out and then want to put money back in,what i do is deposit the amount i want a day before i ask for the withdrawal and have no problems at all

Wow, insightful.

Bodog is usually very quick with processing my withdrawls. However the late lines, boxed games is definitely a problem that keeps me away from playing more of my action there.

so I asked for a payout on 01/07/2010 05:29 AM for $1000 and got the e-mail today on January 8, 2010 12:03:10 PM.

I'm kinda happy about that...I didn't know how long it would take or it they might jerk me around so I was a little nervous...

I know theyre not the greatest with putting up lines and some games are boxed out but for the most part...the customer service is very very good and I can't argue with a $1000 dollar payout that was processed in around 24-48 hours time...I think they'll get better in the future...

I want to join pinnacle but I do not own a scanner...I guess I could do it at the library, no? (how can I send in my information? any ideas...)

And now want your money yesterday and complain you don't have it.

You complain about lines, circled games and other things which you would have known about if you did just a little homework about the various books.

What will make you happy?

Your complaining about what, I don't know?

Lot's of us would like to give you friendly advice.

Nobody has done anything wrong, prolonged a payout or given you bad information.

Decide on what you want and maybe stick with it, one thing at a time.

last time I used BoDog (about 2 years ago) it took them 30 days to mail me a check on a payout. After that I switched to 5dimes and never looked back I've heard they've gotten better since, but who cares

I am having issues getting a large payout from bodog.CA lots of half answers will give them one more day then contacting the RCMP to lodge an official complaint
