I've just signed up with BetHorizon on 03/01/10 and made a $500 initial deposit by Moneybookers as they offered a 100% bonus.
The payment with Moneybookers was processed (paid to carla@bethorizon.com) but still my BetHorizon account balance is still Zero after 4 days!
i have sent numerous emails everyday to them (customerservice@bethorizon.com, carla@bethorizon.com) and have had no response. Anyone with this company?
try sending an e-mail to sales@bethorizon.com
That is the e-mail Carl is using and he will be in the office in about an hour. He will also be on live chat then. I am sure he will take care of you and get this sorted out for you. As insurance you can also cc the e-mail to tatiana@bethorizon.com. Maybe you even had a welcome e-mail from an account manager?
I have also talked to them on the phone so that is also an option.
