SECOND time shorted by BOOKMAKER with Bitcoin DO NOT USE

I am done with this shit book. Absolutely done. I am a recreational player and they are up a large amount off me. Thats fine, I do this for the enjoyment.

First one week ago on a $1003 withdraw they sent me $993 at the time of sending (so they shorted me $10). SBR of course gave no shits about me and I wrote it off after people bitched at me for complaining. I figured I wouldn't be shorted again and I was WRONG.

Now I'm told to send them -1.15163xxx for $300 deposit. I requested it and it gave me a number with 8 digits after the decimal. Nitrogen the book I use for BTC does not allow more then 5 digits for withdraw. I requested the withdrawal from Nitrogen for -1.15164000 (ROUNDING UP THE 5th DECIMAL). I overpaid them a couple cents. All of this and the withdrawal payment from Nitrogen was done within 5 minutes. Bookmaker says the rate is locked in for 15 minutes so my rate was good.

How much was I credited? Not $300. I was credit $298.64. Now you might not think that matters but this TWICE in 1 week I have been shorted by this shit book.

I then went to live chat and they told me "oh sir it was the miners fee". No it wasn't. I have been using bitcoin for 4 years, the miner fee was paid for by Nitrogen and was not taken out of my withdrawal payment. I asked to speak to manager. The supervisor Will, told me I had to wait til 10am for this to be looked into. THIS IS OVER $1.36. YOU CAN'T JUST CREDIT ME THE penetrating 1.36 AND MAKE ME HAPPY? Like jesus, look at blockchain.info, the payment even says "current value at time of sending: $300.15.". Showed him the link and all. Nope.

Then I asked to just be done and have my balance cashed out after this awful customer service and obvious scam (whether big or not in amount it was a scam. I wager $100+ every bet and they penetrate me over twice over chump change and do nothing when I ask them kindly to fix their errors). Now I'm here pissed the penetrate off. I overpay you and you short me the original amount. penetrate you bookmaker, I am done with this lousy book.

If anyone has a book that has MLB live betting with low vig and accepts BTC please let me know. Bookmaker has lost my business and for them I had been a very profitable player.

I advise ALL to avoid Bookmaker at ALL costs. If they can't help someone with $1.34 imagine what will happen when they screw you for $100 or more.

And before all of you say "He bitched over $10 and $2". No I bitched that I was shorted. Its the principle people. Imagine if this had been a 100k withdraw and I was shorted $1000. Thats the same % as being shorted $10 on $1000.

I'm tired of the awful CS here and they obviously can't take responsibility for their mistakes and errors. Whatever happened to being good at customer service to keep customers? Obviously they need to learn a couple of things from Nitrogen and Heritage (both great CS books).

Here is the tx ID of the payment: https://blockchain.info/tx/2159d9eb1...sfp=3315551288

Feel free to use the mouse to hover over the green square and you'll see the value of the payment at the time it was sent (its $300.15).

U better get used to these $10 differences when sending bitcoins, thats actually peanuts to some times I have sent and received losing out but some times it's reversed and u gain. Did u see the prices this week? It has been moving around a lot. Stop complaining about Bookmaker already, they won't screw you for $10. If by chance your sending from Coinbase to anywhere your losing out right away a couple dollars if your purchased from them.

So you're a 4-year vet of bitcoin, and you think that it has an official "price" at any given time? It's trades on exchanges -- lots of them -- and the price moves by the second. So two transactions where it appears you didn't get the quoted value from a single source (Blockchain) doesn't really prove much.

If they're telling you, "Here is our exact methodology for converting BTC <--> USD...," and then doing something totally different, that's one thing. I don't think what you describe, however, is worthy of an ALL CAPS tirade. If you're worried about the rounding of a fifth decimal place of anything, it's a pretty good sign you shouldn't take it seriously.

Do they promise to backdate all conversions to the second they were sent by the client? That seems doubtful, as it would expose them massively in a volatile market. Not shockingly, BTW, it turns out BTC plunged 0.75% within 6 minutes of your deposit.

Not saying BM isn't taking a cut or that moving BTC to USD or vice versa via a book is a good idea, but unless you show that they are completely balking on a written policy, not sure what you are warning the world about.

please be done with Bookmaker as you have promised so we don't have to see any more threads like this. Or if you're going to stay with them, just use p - p and pay the $30 or $40 or $60 or whatever the heck the fee is to get the money there if it makes you happy.

Bookmaker is a traditional bookmaker not a bitcoin book. I expect bitcoin books to be spot on but bookmaker is solely doing this because they are limited on payment methods from the US. Their mentality of keeping the persons money in the account as long as possible is still going to apply therefore I'm sure you will continue to see fees when requesting payouts. Want to get paid at end of each day correctly via bitcoin go with a bitcoin book, you want to use bookmakers services be prepared to leave your money in there for more than a day and incur small payout fees. Get used to it.

It is not so pathetic. This sort of thing is standard practice in the banking business whether it be making money off the "float" or flat out rigging currency trades in their favor. Anytime you start dealing with currencies there is an opportunity for people to take a bit off the top. Don't know if Bookmaker is doing this or not. But if you deal with sportsbooks and bitcoins, I think you can be sure it is going to happen eventually.

As he points out, this sort of thing could really rip you with a larger amount which is the problem with BitCoin to begin with.

With that said, it seems you came out ahead dealing with BitCoin and these withdrawals were pretty cost effective although you can get free ones via check but then you have to worry about cashing the thing without a fee. I'd stick with checks with larger amounts but BitCoin might work for smaller dollars even if they have their thumb on the scale.

You guys don't get it. When you DEPOSIT bitcoin to bookmaker they tell you a SPECIFIC amount to send that is LOCKED IN for 15 minutes. I requested the exact amount to send for $300. I rounded up and sent more then requested within 3 minutes of requesting that amount. $1.36 or even 5 cents it should not have been less since I sent MORE then the amount that I was told by BOOKMAKER to send THEM within 15 minutes in exchange for $300 in my account.

It is not like 5Dimes or Heritage where you must send them BTC and they add it manually based on spot price at the time of adding.

EVFollower - The amount you show on the transaction is irrelevant. We need to know which exchange Bookmaker uses for their pricing.

20 exchanges are listed here along with an average. https://bitcoinaverage.com/markets#USD
