Help with getting money back from TonyBet

    Hello
I signed up for a deposit bonus match with Tony bet. Put in £75 for £75 bonus. My initial £150 won so I had to meet their wagering requirements to withdraw. Which I did but I was left with a 4 figure balance. They requested documents before they could try proceed with the withdrawal which I sent. However lots of time passed with nothing so I contacted them to see what was happening. In the meantime they froze access to my account

They said they needed to carry out a phone verification check and wanted a timeframe to call me. Which I gave them but they repeatedly missed. A whole month passed and they called me as I was driving. I answered most of the questions except for what bets I put on. I couldn't answer this because how was i supposed to remember if they froze it!? I have the list but couldn't recall at the time

Got an email saying the security team have carried out checks and they say they have evidence of 3rd party usage on the account which isn't allowed. Thus they are only returning the initial deposit. I'm also told their decision is final. I'm pretty outraged because this is over a grand. I feel robbed and their correspondence is awful. Any idea how I can get my money back. I get very little response or reasoning from them which is very stressful

    Thanks you

Help with getting money back from TonyBet

Did you get your money back from Tony Bet, in the end? I have a similar problem where a friend and I signed up at the same time. We also done their Premiership Bonus at the same time and placed bets at my house, using my internet. They are now implying we have colluded but there was no intentional wrong doing. We generally, meet up have a few beers at mine, and just fancied placing a few bets at the same time They have now disabled both our accounts and there are a lot of funds in both accounts. However, we placed different, same bets, a mixture but were restricted right from the beginning with stakes, matches and markets. I feel like they pushed into this, in the sense we had no choice but to make similar bets and it does not state or is unclear that you cannot use a friends pc or their connection to place a bet. They have taken the negative opinion that there was something nefarious going on. However, they are the nefarious ones as if we had lost the bets they probably would not have done this. Any advice will be appreciated. thanks

They do have rules about this in their terms.

1.9. A customer is allowed to have only one Tonybet account. If you try to open more than one Tonybet account, all accounts you try to open may be blocked or closed. If a customer has used more than one account to avoid the Rules and/or exceed applicable limits, we reserve the right to cancel any bets exceeding these limits, including the right to reduce the customer’s betting limits. In the event of a repeat violation, the entire wager amount might be refunded.

1.10. Tonybet has a right to forbid that different account holders from the same household and/or family are betting on the same object, including the use of the same object in different combinations, to avoid the Rules and/or exceed applicable limits.

1.11. Tonybet prohibits player collusion and takes active measures in prohibiting any use of robots or other devices that distort the normal game. Tonybet does not accept bets when it is likely that customers are acting in agreement, or as a syndicate. When syndicated bets are discovered, we reserve the right to cancel these bets.

Any bonus offer from Tonybet is valid only one time per customer account, computer household, IP address and other places with a shared computer (office, library, university, etc.).

But even those rules do not allow them to confiscate the balance of both accounts unless you have worked together to circumvent betting limits.
