    thepunterbay.com Account problems

I probably should never have sent money here, poor impulse decision, but anyway I'm having trouble with them.

Their software is terrible, and there doesn't seem to be anyone answering me from CS.

I deposited $1k back in November 2014 expecting a signup bonus. The bonus offer was missleading and it wasn't applied and they said it wouldn't be applied until I'd met a rollover amount. They also said that the amount I was expecting (100% up to 300euro) for a bonus was meant for customers in a different country so I would be getting less (20% up 100Euro) which was completely unclear based on their advertising.

Whatever, I was fine with it as they appeared to have beatable lines.

I went ahead placed a few bets over the next few weeks which won and lost, probably met about $800 worth of roll. At that stage I started getting an error message every time I tried to place a bet. A message saying that my max winnings were only about $25... so I tried placing smaller bets but still that didn't work. I've gone back periodically ofver the last 5 months to try again and then send a message to their CS when it hasn't worked. The CS department has not answered me since early december when they tried to explain their shitty bonus.

Not too sure what to do now since I'm getting no answer from them... Can anyone help?

    Thanks Opt,
Generally how long does it take SBR to respond to me once I file a complaint? I filed a complaint 11 days ago, but haven't heard anything other than a confirmation email.

imho its a scam site. when you have a look at a game they offer 3% juice like 1.43 to 3.10 and when you click on more option they redirect to a site with odds for same event like 1.40 vs 2.95. normal bookmaker will never do it. they obviously try to attract people with low juice and such business is never on profit -> only way to be is to scam people.
