I submitted glitch complaint to Heritage- NOW IT'S DOWN

Edit by SBR: Heritage contacted the casino software provider to inquire on what this user reported. A review was conducted. The outcome of the players hands all settled normally.

I submitted my glitch complaint about the freezing of the cards less than a hour ago to Heritage customer support and now the casino is down. "Coincidence??"

Since other sites are reporting the exact same issue, I'd suggest that it's a datacenter problem where multiple sites are hosted.

The glitch is now fixed?? So this means there was a problem with the software? Heritage should be providing an explanation to everyone

I was told by customer service that they were fixing an issue involving different aspects of the provider. Well less than an hour after I submit my complaint to Heritage, their site is down to fix an issue and miraculously when the site is back up the issue I reported is now fixed.. Weird how that happens??

But nothing was wrong, they just decided to immediately fix it...

Wait so you reported a glitch... then they took the system down to fix a glitch. And now the system is back up and the glitch is fixed. Um maybe they were fixing the glitch you reported dope.

a glitch where in the program the hands were predetermined before they came out sounds like more than a glitch you dipshit. That's a big time problem and something where Heritage decided to fix the problem immediately? I'm sure the hands are still predetermined, now they just took away the delay.
You're a real dipshit you know know that Pharaoh

After the poster reported the issue, Heritage contacted the software vendor to report the issue. Let us know if you see anything else.

And then the site was immediately down for maintenance... as they were fixing other aspects of the site.. but not the problem that I submitted. However, the problem was fixed immediately when it came back on.

Live Betting has been "under maintenance" since the site came back up. Did you report that too?

    Hi jc,

Please don't disrespect other posters. From the complaint you filed the hands were graded normally following the connection freeze. Would you like us to ask for the hand logs; do you have any particular hand you believe did not settle properly?

SBR.. I did not file a complaint in regard to the hands being graded. I find it extremely odd that the hands would freeze and there would be a delay on only the hands where I was going to bust or make 21. Do you not find that to be suspicious? When I would hit and not bust/ or make 21 the card would come out immediately.
My complaint is that the hands were predetermined to be a winner or a loser before the cards were even exposed. Do you not understand what I am trying to say? The computer program knew that I was going to lose before the card was flipped. I believe that the game was rigged and that Heritage fixed the problem immediately because of this issue. If it wasn't a problem or a glitch, then why was it fixed right away?

Everybody understands what you are saying. Do you not understand that it is a software program that is always predetermined outcomes whether you win or lose? It's always rigged regardless of freezing or delayed cards. So you noticed a delay of the cards on losing hands and not on winning hands? So what, the results were what they were going to be whether it delayed the cards or not. You lost the hand and it didn't matter what speed the dealer dealt them to you. So after the delay glitch was miraculously fixed, now you will lose the same ridiculous amount of hands as always except at a quicker pace. Always predetermined and always rigged, i promise you that.

I agree with you 100% that the software is rigged and that the hands are predetermined before being dealt and this only clarifies that it is in fact rigged. That is why Heritage fixed the issue immediately after me notifying them of the glitch. And they then go on to tell me that they have yet to hear back from their casino software provider on the issue.

He's trying to say there is an overall glitch with Blackjack in the Heritage Casino (and others that use the same software).

He thinks that he submitted a ticket to Heritage about this and:

    1) Heritage contacted the software creator within minutes of his email
    2) The software creator fixed this magical glitch within minutes
    3) Heritage took down the entire site to implement the fix
    4) All of the above was done within 60 mins of him submitting this email

Anyone that thinks the above happened within 60 mins I think we can safely say is out of touch with reality. We won't mention that other sites within the same datacenter were also having technical issues at the same time.

#1. You believe that the glitch was just some how all of a sudden fixed within hours of my complaint?
#2. Heritage Sports was down for approximately 15-20 for me while the casino was down for approximately 2 and a half to 3 hours.
#3 You bet your ass Heritage Sports would take down the entire site to fix a glitch in the casino. That could ruin their reputation and trust
#4 Hell yes this was done within an hour of me submitting my complaint. I watched it before my own eyes.

You really honestly can tell me that a glitch that I have noticed for months now is fixed within hours of me submitting a complaint to Heritage just by coincidence. No freakin way, absolutely not

Everybody has noticed the "glitch" who has played with heritage. There is no reason to believe that the delay had any difference on if you win or lose. Its a computer, of course it knows if your going to win or lose before the hand is dealt. Who would ever think that its random?

thank you. someone who is paying attention. The computer knows before you see the cards dealt whether the outcome of that particular play is going to be a loss/win.

At the point you see the cards turned over by the dealer the computations have already been made. It's just the graphical outcome being shown. It's not a live dealer people.

It's the whole fact that the program is Random Number Generated.. It can't be rng if before the cards are flipped the system knows if you're going to bust or not. The glitch provided that proof that in fact the system is not RNG. Have you ever thought of the fact that in Blackjack, the house only has a 0.5% advantage to those who play correct. That being said, is it logical for Heritage to offer an 8% casino rebate on your losses?? Heck no it is not logical because that swings the advantage back in favor of the players. No online sportsbook/casino will ever offer a game where it is in your advantage.
What I am getting at is their casino games are fixed. I notified them of the glitch in the system, the system was down within the hour, and the glitch was fixed hours later.
I have now been told that I am not allowed to access the casino until further notice.

I hate to get involved with this stupid thread but seriously maybe stop talking as your logic is badly flawed and it sounds like you are just causing yourself problems now. How on earth does a display error in the graphics prove anything? Please don't answer me as it doesn't in any way, shape or form no matter how your mind works to imagine it does so strongly.

And given that there has been a couple of threads posted here in recent weeks about this very issue I doubt you happening to send an email an hour or so before they updated the software is even a co-incidence. You just happened to be the umpteeth person to mention it at some point before the last update.

    Move on.

A display error in the graphics would mean that it happened every time not just when I was going to bust or make 21.

Yes there could be a very slight slight chance that they just happened to change it an hour after I submitted the complaint. Very very slight.. How many of those other people who submitted their complaint also had their casino removed until further notice??

What do you want? The card to be dealt to you on the screen and THEN the RNG figures out what it is?
