    BET365 account LOCKED ( 7.5k€ on it and no help for 1.5 months)

    Hello everyone, sorry in advance for this long message but I want to tell the full story.

    I’m posting today because, as the titled of my post mentions, my account bet 365 has been locked for more than one and a half month with 7.5K euros on it


    I’ve been using this account for more than a year with no problems. I’ve been able to make withdrawals without any issues and even receive regularly 15EUR bonuses because of the amount of bets made.
    In the middle of April, I have requested a withdrawal of approximately 3K. 3 days later, I didn’t have the money and also was unable to log in using my details.

    I tried to chat with a staff member, who told me this was a standard procedure and that I would receive a PVC (postal verification code) to my address. Here is the problem: I moved to another apartment in the same building, so I’m not currently in the same flat number I was when the account was created. For this reason I asked the operator if the PVC could be sent to the new address and 10 times I received the exact same response, as if she was reading a script, saying that the PVC has to be sent to the registered address. Because I realised she wouldn’t help, I went to the neighbour in my previous flat, and asked him to put the letters addressed to me in my mailbox, which I know he would do, as he did it with other letters.

    A week later, no PVC had been sent, so I called once more. Once again, I explained the whole situation and the operator I got found a way to go around the problem, all I had to do was to send a copy of my passport - which I did immediately. I was also told someone in the security team would contact me, but it didn’t happen, so I had to contact the support for the 3rd time. During this conversation, the operator went back to the PVC conversation, kept me on hold for countless time and ended up telling me - AGAIN - that the security team would contact me. I will let you guess what happened…

    Two weeks after my 3rd contact, I contacted them again and had a chat with an operator who told me that they were requesting a copy of a bank statement or utility bill, in order to reopen the account. This was never requested to me before, but I sent it whilst still chatting with the guy. I was told that all they had all the information requested and that a member of the security team would be in touch.

    After the lack of updates, I finally contacted them again on Wednesday, on chat and after some time with an unhelpful operator, who starting talking about PVCs again, saying I needed the number before anything else could be done. I explained the situation, once more, and after some time I was told as follows: “I have check with our team and they have confirmed that we do NOT need the PVC. As soon as this has been reviewed, you will be contacted. This will not be today, but the review is underway”. Tired of waiting, I requested her to escalate the case to a manager, which she not only refused to do, but also ended up finishing the chat window.

    It’s Monday, it has been more than a month and my account is still deactivated. I am also a poker player and never experienced similar issues with any of my accounts. I am clearly going around in circles and no one is trying to solve the issue.

    Does any of you have any solution to suggest, or can help for this issue? I would be really grateful if you did, as I am about to loose the patience that I still have left.

    You had better hope there are no other B365 accounts registered at that block of apartments thats all I can say. If there are Hasta La Vista to your 7.5k

    looks strange and red flags went up

    If you really moved auto forwarding should have been done right off the bat and moving from one apt to another in same bld is trouble as far as sortsbooks
