    They are a good bonus shop for a USA player. My only warning is that they verify your identity before you can deposit which is unlike most other books.

    Are you sure? They gave my friend a name already to send to. Please be a little more descriptive about the process of verification. They verify you BEFORE you send to them? Or before you can start playing? I don't even get this.

    Of course, it is somewhat normal for verification before or during payouts with many books. Never heard about verifying before depositing though..........

    much to like if you are a post up USA player. George has a great shop and easy to reach and talk to.
    not going to have the highest limits so if you need 1-3k on a game start with heritage, bookmaker or maybe youwager

    nice selection of props, really good set. good half time offerings and lines.

    good bonus stuff, lots of contests and free play competitions at other forums if you look around, makes it fun and easy to post up and try to win some units.

    what is the #1 thing we want in a sportsbook? Getting paid when we win! If it isn't, then there's dozens of other threads about other books with all sorts of horror stories of how players haven't been paid you can certaining try out.

    These guys a good people and more importantly, they pay their players.

    Crap. I took big bonus, confirmed my average bet size and was told there would be no problems. I had a huge rollover and within one week my live betting was cut, then MMA, then tennis limited and cut. Within a week I could only pay major sport Games and Halves at shit juice. Made it basically impossible to hit rollover. I'd stay away. More headaches then it is worth. Just stick to the big boys: Bookmaker, DSI, Heritage, 5Dimes. You'll have issues anywhere, but it's going to be better at these shops.

    If you are in it for recreation, which I tend to be, HRW is actually a perfect book. Easy deposit options, above average customer service and very fast payouts. Good tier 2 book, imo.
