    Playersonly.ag...

I've been a customer at Playersonly for over 14 years....they offered very lucrative bonuses on deposits and typically would process a withdrawal within 3-5 weeks without any issues.

Until now, that is. My most recent withdrawal has been pending since FEBRUARY 26TH! I have sent them countless emails and made several calls....they say that 'there is a delay with their processor.' Gee, really?! Anyway, to be safe, hold off on any deposits onto this sight or any of the others owned by this company (such as sportsbook.ag) until they get their act together.

Thanks for passing along. I'm always reluctant to provide my account ID information to outside parties however as instructed by the complaint form.

These websites are a cash cow for those running them. I really can't fathom how anyone with a brain cell in their skull could screw this up so badly.

    Is that NORMAL ?!
Bookmakers I use process withdrawals within THE VERY SAME DAY or EVEN THE VERY SAME MOMENT (e.g. SportingIndex issues Skrill withdrawals instantly and by instantly I mean instantly - on the spot, you request it and the next second it's already in your Skrill account !!!!!!)

How people treat "3-5 weeks" as normal?!?!

I said that timeframe was 'typical', I didn't say I was thrilled with it. However, it was a decent trade off for the high percentage of bonuses that they were offering on deposits both in the casino (50%) and the sportsbook. In conjunction with a few other websites with quicker payouts, it worked well for me and many of my friends and it proved to be very lucrative financially since early 2014.

Players finally sent the check yesterday after over 12 weeks. Management at their site told me that they 'were still working to get through their backlog.' Looks like they changed their processor.

These companies have had an 8 week payout window for the last 6 years. Can't believe people still deposit, this is probably the clearest example of a book being run like a ponzi scheme out there, everytime the payouts take longer and longer until eventually they fold. Shouldn't be too much longer now that they are at 12 weeks.

Nope, they publish a 3-5 week payout window....which is admittedly terrible. I've been using their site for 14 years or so...the timeframes for receiving my cash often swings from 1-2 weeks, yet normally is right at the 5 week mark. This recent turn of events (12+ weeks for a WD) does support your ponzi scheme theory though.

Yeah imagine that you have been there 14+ years and are still struggling to get paid being a good customer. I can only imagine how they are treating guys who have not nearly been there as long.

Yea, no joke. One of my other friends is sitting on a very stale withdrawal as well. It's astonishing that the company that owns those sites would hose this up this badly. They did end up graciously crediting me back the $75 that they charged me for the privilege of withdrawing my own cash from their site - isn't that swell?? They also tossed in a $100 Free Bet as well....all a moot point with a 3 month withdrawal window I suppose.

Looks like 5Dimes will get my business again going forward.

I didn't fill out a complaint either, I've been through this before with a lot of books with processor issues over the years but this is getting ridiculous considering most other books are still paying fast so it's not some industry wide problem. I got a check from Bovada in a week, been waiting for $2500 since March 5th from PO. Waiting for their generic response to the email I sent today and then filing a report with SBR. You might as well too, SBR is trustworthy I trust them with my info more than I trust playersonly lol, only reason I didn't do it already is I'm lazy and really thought it was just the usual few week delay and the check would eventually show up.

Hopefully they will get to your withdrawal soon (mine was from 02/26-ish), so assuming they are going in chronological order it should be resolved soon one would guess. make sure you complain about wanting restitution - they'll refund the 3% charge on the WD and also will give you a $100 free bet (minimum.)

I'm now waiting for my check to cut on another one of their sites (though this one was submitted on 04/01)....only 9+ weeks!! Geez.

Playersonly is a scambook. You should stay away. Any book that offers big deposit bonuses will eventually go bust. This scam book still owes me money from years ago. I cant believe people keep sending these books money. The 3-5 wk window is a lie. They only pay people they feel will lose in the long run. After numerous calls to them to check on my withdrawal they advised me that my account has been moved to a different book so that they would avoid the exposure. I was then able to log into a diffrnt site where my balance was showing. Aftr 3 more months of constant phone calls, one day my account just vanished. I would call down there and acted like they didnt know what I was talking about. Complete scam
