worst book ever started betting there last week first deposit they swindle me on a first time customer bonus. second deposit took 16 hours yep thats right 16 damm hours to enter my account. so i ask whats going on not once getting a straight answer then after 9 hours the guy tell me we are having processer issues and i doubt it will be in tonight . in 16 year gambling ive never had a 16 hour delay in my funds going in not even 2 hours. this happened on the day of final four yes the finl four missed out on both games and every game that night . do they offer me a freeplay of course not say its part of the buisness lol. yet today yes iknow why i deposit i forget to put in my bounus code i asked for it 2 hours later and they say no i had to do it on login. so i say but wait your company says deposits will be in no account no later then 1 hour and it went 16 hour they say sorry about that what a joke of a book never again i promose.

There was a thread complaining about site problems for them and a few other sites last week during the NCAAB games.

I think it was a one off problem and 16 hours would be an unusual situation.

They are not rated A+ btw. http://www.sportsbookreview.com/sportsbetting/ but there has not been many negative posts about them that I can recall over a long time.

Your experience sounds a bit frustrating but I would not write off a good out over it yet.

They are an A rated book, the ratings are definitely right with this book. Probably just a screw up somewhere and don't let that get in the way of making your decision they have a lot of good stuff.

please they were dishonest about it one . two after the 16 hour fiasco i forget to put in bonus code 2 hours later i ask them can they over look that due to the 16 hour incovienience they tell me no . but i have to get over there 16 hour bullshit . penetrate this book plus my first deposit ever took like two hours also . my point being through all that i was patient did not ask for compensation for the 16 hours and i forget one time to add code and they hold me to it penetrate this scumbag book.

Nothing you have said supports this claim they were dishonest with you. The reverse in fact. It sounds like they were brutally honest with you and you are now having a tantrum because YOU forgot to use a bonus code for deposit.

The first page is supposed to just show the simple summary and a list of news items related to the book. Sportsbettingonline gets caught up in the search for Sportsbetting articles by the looks. It looks like it's on the todo list judging from that note about the books not being related in the top item.

No sportsbook regardless of ratings is perfect and accidents happen. In many cases, in terms of deposit delays, it has nothing to do with the book. Nothing to see here except a guy loving to use the word penetrate. I can't imagine his pain when the payout takes more than 48 hours.

First off let me say that I have been a longtime customer of betonline - and have never been overly impressed with them. Their site functionality is average and like most off shore books they have a variety of hoops you have to jump through to get a payout (30 day wait if you accept their free plays, 7 day wait after any deposit) but what I'm writing about today is the fact that site and call center completely crashed before, during, and even after one of the biggest sporting events of the year -- the NCAA tournament championship game between Duke and Wisconsin.

i've been getting my ass handed to me lately sports betting wise and had made several deposits to my betonline account yesterday. Before the game started my account was at zero. I felt I had a good feel for the title game though. I like to utilize live betting in the hopes that team I favor to win outright falls behind and I can get good money line odds on the game. I watched the game closely and wouldn't you know it the team I liked (Duke) started falling behind. I immediately got to my computer and went to the betonline site. My plan was to make a $200 deposit and then bet the $200 on Duke while they were behind and getting favorable money line odds. Well the site would not load. I tried from my phone. I tried from multiple computers. I emailed their customer service -- nothing but an error message -- FOR HOURS.

I didn't hear back from betonline until the next day and they were like "oh sorry we had a power outage but would you like to try our live betting?" This is where I got very frustrated -- I ALWAYS use their live betting -- they don't have to sell me on it and they definitely shouldn't be trying to sell me on it just a few hours after I was desperately trying to access their site to make my deposit (they do credit deposits instantly and have an array of methods in which they will accept your money) and then place my bet on Duke.

I suggested to them that they award their inconvenienced players a $50 free play -- they said no. I told them to close my account. In order to do this they made me write a letter ON LETTERHEAD stating my desire to close my account. I did so -- they STILL won't close it -- they basically sent me a reply saying "we got your letter. Are you sure you want to close your account?" It's insane on multiple fronts. I would never recommend betonline to anybody. another customer with the same claim now what
