    Betcas

    Hi

    Does anybody know (without just speculating) what is happening with them?

    I've had replies to my requests from them for updates until recently when it seems to have gone quiet.

    They haven't given any generic updates since putting a notice on screen saying they are Updating the Platform and now support not answering my emails.

    It's 2 months since I've been able to log in.....

    I know they were making all sorts of bad excuses last year when they were corresponding with me about SBR complaints.

    When was the last time they answered you?

    About 2 weeks ago but I last mailed them just over 48 hours ago and they usually reply within 12 hours.

    Supposedly 24/7 CS but I doubt that.

    Do you know anything about their proposed upgrade and do you have an account with them?

    They've confiscated money from multiple players. BetCas accepted bitcoins.

    As i said earlier the site shows that they are supposedly updating their platform but why no updates to players?

    Thinking of submitting a payout complaint to SBR here.

    A reply from them today to my query about when player funds will be available;

    "We are in close touch with all our clients.

    Our technical team is still working on our new platform and integration and of course we will be back online and player's funds available in their account."


    I've asked again for an estimate of when this might happen.

    I have had a quick response from them presumably following your query but as per previous emails from them stating what you have written above.
    However, they are not in close touch or indeed any touch with clients unless several emails asking where they are at are sent demanding info which shouldn't need to be done by the client.
    My big worry is that they'll just disappear with my funds if they don't get it right.

    I would not be surprised if they ripped everyone off either Alanetw.

    They have been unreasonable and at times ridiculous with their reasons for not paying people in the past.

    Just that you seemed to receive a response a lot quicker than my 3 day wait for a support agent.
    Have SBR had any other Betcas clients writing to them as surely I can't be the only worrying about funds?

    Email. They just responded to the question about when.

    I don't handle all the complaints but yours is the only recent complaint across my desk.

    Well either I am their only client with a balance or there are a lot of very patient people out there.

    Do you, personally think this change will happen?

    It's just that if a book was going to stiff it's players there would be no responses at all from them I'd have thought.

    That could be right or just a tactic to buy time.

    I did not know the site had shut down before your post honestly. So I would only be guessing. What date did it go offline btw?

    I'm guessing early February 2015 - they gave the impression they had informed players this was happening but I never saw anything by email.

    So I presume they couldn't give you an approx re-launch date - I'd just be happy to know it definately will happen or that they'll send me my money.

    I was asked in an email by Betcas after receiving payment to have the article SBR posted removed. As others are waiting for money I guess that's down to you guys now - you are the experts as we know but maybe it will expedite payment of other players funds? Hope everyone gets paid regardless.

    Yes did after SBR emailed me about it. They stole just over a £1000 off me last year.
