Can't open an account at Heritage

I put in all my correct info, and it says to call to complete process. I called and got a very rude customer service guy named Dale. He wouldn't tell me the details but said that I was unable to open an account. He just kept telling me "sorry, good luck to you" and would not explain why I was denied.

Anyone know what the deal is here, or how to get an account? Weird...I have accounts spread all over with different books and never had a problem anywhere

Pretty sure they do now, which is why I tried to join in the first place.

Heritage reached out to me and is trying to reconcile the problem. Apparently some of the information showed as incorrect on their system. Hopefully this can be resolved after validating my info.

Agree on 5dimes. Bookmaker however is not even in close to Heritage or 5Dimes.

All three shops are excellent it boils down to players needs. Agree for the vast majority 5dimes and Heritage are the top two!
