    If they paid out your balance they probably consider the issue closed.

    Are you just wanting to know what the problem was? Considering they didn't tell you before, and let you withdraw, I'd say there is some sort of fraud investigation going on that they decided was nothing to do with you. If so they will never tell you a thing about it.

    Yes they paid my balance, but my account still locked without any justifications. Since 20th February. Can you believe in this? Without a single word, nothing!

    I've seen it more than a few times from other books Justlaw. Bloody annoying of course but I am confident they would not be saying nothing without a good reason (as queer as that statement might sound).

    Just shoot them an email every 3 or 4 weeks asking if your account has been re-enabled yet is probably your best option for now I think.

    There are several companies, mostly based out of Asia, that act as 'brokers' between the player and some books.

    Advantages are that they are happy to take banned players or banned countries and provide a sub-account from theirs for players to use. A broker also allows you to easily, quickly and fee free transfer funds between the books they offer.

    Disadvantage is an extra third party, who are a bit like a law unto themselves at times, now has control of your money. And there have been a couple of troubling reports about balance confiscations. Not a lot but enough to make me very wary personally.
