    5Dimes Betting Plus

    I spoke to their live chat and was told it is no longer an option on the 5Dimes site. Does anyone know of another site that uses the same 3rd party system? I liked the platform and would like to continue using it even if it's at another book.

    this is a huge blow. Absolutely love that platform. There were so many more options than live betting extra. Plus it was so much faster and smoother. I hope they figure this out.

    Agreed. Very disappointing. Longtime 5dimes player and this discontinuation will cause me to look for a new book. Just spoke with them and they said Live Betting Plus and Pre-match Betting are being discontinued for good. What a bummer.

    They were clearly losing money on it, so I understand the decision...however short-sighted it may be. Hopefully others who loved the feature take our games elsewhere. Is Bovada the best option for live betting on soccer now?

    Seemed like the juice they were taking at Pre-match betting plus was all over the place, sometimes -120/-120, some sports I saw as low as -103/-103

    Live Betting Plus and Pre-match Betting Plus count for about 75% from what makes 5Dimes really interesting. They remove these then they become just another very boring site.

    there was some serious glitch with Live Betting Plus, sometimes the platform crashes and all the events stop updating (not pause), you can check the updated score at another site then place bets at 5dimes betting plus and it will COUNT / BE GRADED CORRECTLY ( I know a few people made thousands from abusing this glitch, it happened 4-5 times afaik) . And the odds for soccer games in Pre-match plus is ridiculously good, even better than Pinnaclesports...i'm sure they lost too much money from this platform and discontinue it

    I think this is the most likely reasons why 5d decided to pull the plug on it

    I do recall going into the live betting tennis section and seeing a tennis match that was way behind where it actually was. And it still said "started" in green, I found it out that it was frozen but still available to wager on

    It is possible 5d just didn't want to deal with that hassle. I know they had some 3rd party operating it

    It would be in 5Ds best interest to invest in a new live betting platform or at least release information on their future plans with their stand on live betting. As it stands now.. 5d just lost its 'best ride' in their amusement park.

    plus and pre-match were bet365 on 5d. my guess is that it wasn't glitches or the rare problems it
    was some other issue perhaps about the agreement in place or the ability to arbitrage between the
    spreads offered at 5d and at the bet365 "3rd party" section.
    either way if 5d can expand their Main section with more offerings (it needs more !) or expand
    and re-vamp the live betting extra (needs a better outlay) then it's not a big deal. right now
    it is a big deal though and i do expect them to lose some customers.

    I agree completely.. They are a recreational book and taking away live and leaving us with a much less diverse selection is bad business. How else am i going be able to bet Lithunian bball or some random handball matches, lol. I need shit to do during the work day!

    Actually soccer (a.k.a. association football) has the biggest turnover for betting around the world, and is also the world's most popular sport.     soccer might be the worlds most popular sport but for the usa soccer is near the bottom, 5dimes is not interested in people hitting huge odds in the prematch live betting platform it's all about football basketball baseball where they get their juice

    ur crazy 5dimes was doing fine before they had the live betting plus pre match betting and they will do fine afterwards, they still have the best soccer lines for us avaliable places, better than bookmaker bovada you wager any of the others,

    I'm sure they'll always do fine with customers that bet on US sports. But they will lose a lot of customers that played there exactly for that platform. Books are always looking for ways to bring new customers in. And now they have a motive to lose clients. Anyways, won't let it bother my sleep. Hope others aren't affected too hard. The US market took a lot of hits in the past already

    i loved the pre match betting live betting plus more than anybody, i loved betting 4-5 goals 6 plus goals, u could find so much value also u could hedge ur bets, i would place a wager on a game and if my team was winning i could bet the other team to score next goal late in 2nd half to hedge my bets, it was great for soccer and tennis junkies, but the bottom line is they were losing money on it, it was a 3rd party so all the money wasn't staying in house and 5dimes isn't looking to gain tennis and soccer sharps, they want clue less people that is why it's gone ,

    ..25 dollar max winning limit at those platforms from the start just because it was an account situated outside the US. So I guess that was somewhat of a welcome warning sign for what they are looking for. Lets hope these sharps don't attack bet365 lines next and make them radically change their platform.

    i never saw any 25 dollar max plays, in fact my limits on the pre match live betting were about the same as the regular lines

    i didn't see ur thing about outside us, yah i think tony brought it in the live betting plus and pre match as a luxury for the players but he probably got tired writing checks to the 3rd party that's why most of the poker went away

    haha good money management i'm a very good client of 5dimes they love me , customer last 10 years alot of losses, i'm a soccer tennis junkie so i was in love with the pre match betting live betting broke my heart when it went away sunday

    do u know who the 3rd party they were using was, i assumed it was somebody in europe but i could never figure it out when they first brought it out they were so slow grading the pre match wagers but eventually it became pretty fast

    if you love live betting soccer/tennis so much, try Anonibet sportsbook, they have almost the same Live games as 5Dimes Betting Plus, but with slightly worse odds, and they're a Bitcoin sportsbook

    why can't us players use bet365 it's not fair haha, i really loved the fact i could hedge my soccer bets and not get screwed by the 90th minute equalizer, hopefully they will improve the live betting extra feature
