    kingplayer.com - blocked accounts after the withdraw money.

    I have account on kingplayer. I have account 930 euro and withdraw 300 euro. I sent documents to verify my account. Today my account blocked. In the chat do not know the reason for blocking. Help please!

    At first they did not respond. Recently received a reply that they suspect that my passport is not real (((I replied that I could take a Photo with them or make a copy of a notary, but bookmaker did not answer (( Can I badly scanned documents. I can rescan (( The bookmaker does not respond to my suggestions and does not want to negotiate.

    I sent a notarized copy of my passport. Bookmaker silent for 2 days. And today accused me in another violation. Said that my registered related by IP with more players!
    How can this be? First they said that my passport fake, they now accuse me another! Help me!

    No, I can not know. They first said that I had a fake passport, but I sent them a copy of the notary - now they are not saying this. Now they accuse me of another reason. They just do not want to give money.

    Thanks for that info. It sounds like they must be in the process of applying from the line "is still not registered or licensed".

    Please let us know if they tell you more.

    Honestly I am not sure you will be able to gain more than your initial deposit back.

    The casino software supplier has advised Kingplayer you should be banned and Kingplayer have acted upon that and don't have any evidence themselves to review in order to change the decision.

    And as you say, that supplier wont talk to either of us.
