    a lot of these russian books just lowering juice to beat pinnacle I guess to get action and hope weak side loses if not they pay you and limit you to $1

    Not a bad business model actually

    They are reliable, have a lot of offline money behind them, although cut limits if have any smallest suspect of professional wagering.
