call 1) request made- told to call back in hour
call 2) told to call back in 45 min
call 3) given sender name and control #
call 4) told them "no match" per **, told to call back in hour
call 5) told try back at 2 pacific time, ll claimed there was a security issue and that it could have been a result of me being on a black list
call 6) told me to try it and see if it is good
call 7) told them "no match" per ** agent, (upset now), told me to call back in an hour or so. I then called ** who told me the sender needed to call them and ask for security. I was told a security issue with the sender as the reason.
call 8) last call resulted in them saying the processor was down in Nicaragua, try back tomorrow.
filed a complaint form and understand this could be legit but since I have not dealt with loose lines, I have to be persistent because you never know.
