    Vernons account locked for weeks despite complying with all requirements

    I opened an account with Vernon's a few weeks ago and several days later it was locked. I have taken no bonus and only placed a few bets on darts. They wouldn't give me a casino bonus because live chat said I had another account at a linked site.

    After several live chat sections and 4 phone calls I have got nowhere. They just say the finance department is investigating. They did ask for ID incliuding a selfie. They rejected the first selfie in about 30 min for being too blurred. I took a clear one and sent it the same day and I got an acknowledgement but the account was still locked.

    Through all of this Vernon's have made no attempt to contact me regarding the account being locked and have been totally unhelpful. They even said the manager had to look at the selfie and it would take them a week.

    I don't advise playing here and wanted to post a warning!

    I opened about week ago and now heavily limited. Totally useless bookmarker.
