Apparently the 30% bonus I received has a 30 period where I can't get a payout, which I was never aware of.
The rep at YouWager never gave me any stipulations to the bonus, and I kept the e-mails with his bonus offer on it. I understand that there will be roll overs that I need to cover, but I've already covered up to 20 times. Had I know there was a 30 holding period, I would have never agreed to it, and would have just deposited to another book.

When I called in, they said it was an October bonus.....we were 23 days into November! They also said that 30 days is shorter compared to any other online book. What?! I've worked with 5Dmes, Bookmaker, Heritage, and have never had my funds not available for over 30 days.
When I request a bonus with any other book, they usually ask if I agree to the terms. They never did that this time.
Is there anything I can do?
