    Anybody know which other books besides wagerweb that offer full track odds including exotics like exacta, tri etc.?

    I will say this again if you bet horses do not bet offshore bet at a legal US a place

    Technology is just not there and many many mistakes happen

    Also there's too many caps on winnings
