GT bets deposit issue

Here is the address they gave me and I sent the funds to ltc********************. It has over 400 confirmations and on blockcypher you can see the funds sitting in their wallet. If any mods can help I would appreciate it, I have already filed a complaint somewhere else but trying to get this resolves as fast as possible.

I agree the transaction looks fine and completed

Any other LTC/GTbets users here who can help shed any light on potential issues with this?

Thanks, I have sent them all that information and they are saying that the transaction was blocked. It is impossible to block a sent/confirmed transaction which their CS department could not understand. They kept telling me to contact my wallet provider, very frustrating.
