Smartlivesports stealing 160 EUR from me

Smartlivesports is a bookie licensed and regulated by UK government , part of Oddsmatrix group.Anyone who has used Oddsmatrix group know that these group have no traders who set their own odds , they just follow(steal) other bookies odds , such as bwin , betathome etc.

I placed a bet at Smartlivesport on event "Maribor - Radomolje" under 1.5 @ 2.60
They settled as won and then later voided it with the reason : rapid fluctuation on the odds ?! what the hell does this mean ? There is no such rule in any T&C.
In this event , they were following bwin odds , with a lower payout.I placed the same bet at the same moment at bwin and my bet was settled as won.Fortunately , i placed the same bet at 3 different moments , where we can see the odd movement (like i said smartlive was following/stealing bwin odds)

    9:40 PM (81th minute of the match) , bwin @ 2.65 , smartlive @ 2.60.bwin settled won , smartlive voided
    9:41 PM (82th minute of the match) , gamebookers @ 2.30 , smartlive was @ 2.25
    9:43 PM (84th minute of the match) , partybet @ 1.95 , smartlive was @ 1.90

By these 3 bets , we can judge that there was no "rapid fluctuation on the odds"..As we can see , the odds are decreasing gradually ; decreasing from 2.60 to 1.90 within 3 minutes is quite logic because it was the last 7 minutes of the games.

I also bet on this match at 37th minute (result was 1-0 at that moment) on "over 4.5 goals" @ 2.70 , and they have settled it as loss.Line 4.5 at 37th minute while the result was 1-0 means that a lot of goals were expected in this match. So , no more goals to be scored at 81th minute @ 2.60 is quite normal

Can SBR help me ? Because this is a clear theft without a clear reason , just telling bullshits to me.

P:S the time at Smartlive and Partybets is GMT +1 , while bwin and gamebookers is GMT +2 , that's why there is a 1 hour difference.

I thought that the fact they are licensed and regulated by UK gambling commission would give them some reliability.
I use them for the only reason that they follow (steal) bwin's odds on some events and bwin has 10 EUR initial limits to my country. So , let's say that i am using them as a clone of bwin.Otherwise , i would not bother with such shitty bookies.

I was told by the traders that the reason they voided it was "rapid fluctuation on the odds" ...what the hell does it mean ? I don't think there is any rule in their T&C claiming that they have the right to void a bet because there was a rapid fluctuation of the odds.
Even when i talked on the phone with a manager , he was asking me : what do you mean by rapid fluctuation ?? hahahh what a joke

Moreover , i have proofs (which i have attached here) of odds movements showing that there is no rapid fluctuation of the odds.Odd movement was quite normal and logic taking into consideration that it was the final 8 minutes of the games and it was expected a lot of goals in this match.
The pre-match line was over 3.75 @ 1.81 (pinnacle) , so a lot of goals were being expected and "1 more goal not to be scored" at 81th minute with odd 2.60 is quite logic and normal

I priced this, assuming a total of about 3.5 and the favorite with odds of 1.06. With 81 minutes elapsed with the favorite up 1-0, the fair price on under 1.5 is about -130, or 1.77. Odds of 2.6 were clearly a bad line. Even bumping the total up a bit won't adjust the price much with so little time.

Smartsports are Russians pretending to be a UK site

The UK licence just means your funds are protected, wont stop shady trading.

So , are you telling me that when Real Madrid plays at home against Elche and the result is 1-0 at 81th minute , then under 1.5 should be 1.77 ??? You are wrong mate.
Do you know who is MAribor and who is Radomolje ?? Maribor is smth like Real Madrid/Bayern Munich of Slovenia and they are 10 levels above other teams.

You know what they mean by rapid fluctuation ? Because at this moment (81th minute) "under" was heavily pounded at asian bookies and "over" increased in few seconds from 1.50 to 1.90
Is that my fault that some people heavily pounded "under" at asians ??

I said nothing about Real Madrid, but if the pregame 1x2 and total odds were the same, and the game situation was similar (no red cards, huge favorite up only one goal, 81st minute) then I would expect the price to be cloase.

Of course everyone "pounded" the under. BetRadar probably put up a bad number, and everyone copied it.

MAribor -0.5 pre game was 1.06 and over 3.75 @ 1.81 , so a huge victory by Maribor was expected.
We have a heavy favorite here , Maribor , a champions league team playing against a shityy team. It's the same like playing Real Madrid - Elche or Bayern Munich - Paderborn , that's why i mentioned madrid and munich before.

yeah , "under" was pounded in asia at that moment.Odd was not wrong cause bwin already settled it as won , like i said before Smartlive just steal (copy/follow) bwin's odds.Further more, under's odd was decreasing gradually which means that there was nothing wrong on the odds.

Looks like Smart live gone for good: http://www.askgamblers.com/online-ca...casino-review/. Somebody saying on that thread that some people are owed more than £30k each.

Yet another UKGC licenced scam. The UKGC have over 250 staff and over £20m per year in funding to do whatever it is that they do, but the only real purpose the customers would want from them is some proper protection from scam outfits. But yet again another company that they've licenced turns out to be a scam and by all accounts from that AskGamblers thread, the UKGC have done absolutely nothing to help and according to one poster, the UKGC "have washed their hands of us".

I would be expecting the UKGC to be knocking down the doors of whoever's responsible and doing absolutely everything humanly possible in their power to try and get customers' money back but by all accounts, they are doing absolutely nothing.

Utterly disgraceful by these pen pushing wastes of space.

I thought they actually stepped in early and suspended their license in that case.

Agree that UKGC does not seem very interested in genuine player protection though.

Yes they suspended their licences a couple of weeks back but that hasn't changed anything in that players have got scammed out of their money so it just seems to have been procedural thing that the UKGC did to tick a box rather than anything whatsoever to protect the players.

Surely if they feel that a bookmaker is no longer suitable to be a licencee then they should have the power or enlist someone that has the power to freeze the bank accounts of the bookmaker at that time and demand that all money that is there is used to pay players' balances.

But nothing of that nature whatsoever has happened here. Same old sit by the side and watch the carnage and move onto the next car crash by the UKGC.

I could sort of understand it happening in Curacao or wherever, I wouldn't condone or accept it but I would understand why this might happen in a place like that, but the UKGC has the amount of staff and funding needed to be an extremely tough regulator with the resources to do monthly checks on bookmakers' finances and goings on to dramatically reduce the chance of anything like this happening and reduce the harm done if something like this does occur.

But they seem to be doing none of that whatsoever. It's now one every month or two that is going bust from the UKGC licencees and when there have been so many cases over the last 3-4 years, it isn't just coincidence, it's matter of the UKGC either not doing the required checks at the time of giving out the licence, or not keeping a stringent enough eye on the bookmakers on an ongoing basis, or it is both of these things, as it is not simply coincidence that they keep licencing these crooks, but the UKGC never acknowledge any responsibility and never seem to change the way in which they do things, however many scams come their way.

You only have to look at https://www.thesun.co.uk/sport/16111...-investors-4m/ to see another scam artist that the UKGC currently have as a licencee and will probably go down the pan pretty soon after scamming a load more people out of their money.

The UKGC's apparent complete disinterest in proper customer protection really shows the customer complete contempt and disdain.

Geoff Banks said in an interview a year or two back that he had only heard from the UKGC in any capacity once in 3 years, so that really shows how lax they are in keeping an eye on these licencees on an ongoing basis. You really wonder what their 250+ staff do all day and what they do with the £20m+ per year in funding they are given.

Looking at the jobs the UKGC currently have advertised: http://www.gamblingcommission.gov.uk...vacancies.aspx. It's just dispicable that they are advertising for all of these namby-pamby jobs but here isn't one person there that is prepared to fight the customers' corner when the going gets tough. They are the most overpaid, useless and incompetent organisation I've ever come across.
