    OK for money to change hands on Fan duel and Draft Kings? It's perfectly OK to have parlay cards in Delaware? Yet I can't throw a hundy on the Pats. So a two-teamer is right as rain but a single straight bet is evil incarnate. Keno, scratch-offs and powerball...no problem. This is stupid beyond comprehension. To be fair, I don't see how they keep the money from changing hands on the smaller, obscure college games.

    Your asking at a place where 99% of people will agree with you.

    It makes no sense.

    They lose so much in taxes because people either cant make wagers or its on an offshore site that does not report anything.

    It is very good question. It is same as they allow states to have so called "Education Lottery" while denying sports betting. Bottom line, government knows that good money can be made from gambling services when they can control the payout rate, but they only want to do it in a way that sounds socially acceptable. Fan dual, Draft Kings and parlay cards, all sounds like entertainment, not real gambling, right?
