    Intertops

The only two withdrawal methods available to me cost $50.00 each. Fukkers.

    Won't be using them anymore.

    Dear xraygord,

If you are from Canada, you can use ecoPayz to make a withdrawal. There are no fees involved.

If you are from the United States, we are very glad to inform you that new withdrawal method will be introduced in the next 7-14 days. The costs for this withdrawal method will be $9 per transaction - significantly lower than the $50 you mentioned above.

We are sorry for any inconvenience caused and would love to welcome you back at Intertops.

    Best regards,
    Your Intertops Sportsbook Team

I definitely recommend intertops for American players it's a very well run book in a very old school/pioneer book that has been around forever

Looking forward to the new deposits/withdrawal methods for USA players

$275 limit on NBA total wins. $100 limit on which political party wins the White House in 2016. Where do I go to get the 2 minutes of my life I wasted on their site? What a joke.

I choose safety over bet limits it's why I've never been stiffed

Many here rather see big limits but the book is very shaky

    Then they come here crying

It's been 18 days since your post with no follow up by you. Is this indicative of the quality of customer service people can expect from Intertops?

    Are you trying to troll?

You quoted the answer. No follow up was requested by Gord... or required.

No, are you? Intertops came into the thread promoting themselves and their new methods of payout and then disappear. I've asked a legitimate question that prospective customers would like answered and it is not up to you to decide what is "required" to be answered (what arrogance).

And you are a "moderator"? That speaks volumes, were you also on the Bet Islands rating team?

Well it's coming off like it. Your last 3 posts have been nothing but bashing. And now you want to attack me instead of the message as well. Just please avoid trolling in this sub forum.

I see you wanted to know the payment method. We discourage discussion of that on the forum for US facing books. You need to contact the book directly to discuss specific payment options.

No, I "attacked" the message AND you - there is no "instead" involved.

I am puzzled why posting the facts about Intertops low limits and lack of follow-up is considered "bashing". As long as it is true I don't see "bashing" as being my purpose. I'm just letting prospective clients know so that they can make an informed decision as to whether they want to open an account with Intertops. Thought that was the raison d'etre of the this forum.

Lastly, I wasn't aware that discussion of payment methods was verbotten. But now I know so I will cease discussing it further. You may have the last word if you so desire, I am finished.

    Dear Isaiah,

The new withdrawal method available to US customers is CardPay which enables you to receive your winnings directly to your registered card. Transaction costs for this method are $9 and up to $5,000 can be withdrawn. Please see the ‘Payout’ tab on our ‘Payments’ page for details.

    Best regards,
    Your Intertops Sportsbook Team

FYI - I'm sure this will be deleted as well. Says all I need to know about this site:

    "Hi Gloeck,

Sorry but I had to delete your posts about your payout issues.

SBR does not allow discussion of the specifics of payment methods for US facing books on the forum.

You are welcome to try again but keep it more generic.

    Optional"

If I have time tomorrow, I'll try to repost my firsthand experience with the Cardpay aforementioned withdrawal method from Intertops Casino.

I apologize if I broke any rules by offering my experience so far. I think I mistook what this forum was here for. Everything I posted is factual though. If I can come up with a creative way to let players know what to expect when withdrawing with "that option" from "that casino" I will give it another try.

If curious players would like to PM me to see the deleted posts, is that okay, mods?

I don't doubt that a player has had a good experience with them before. Unfortunately, that doesn't help speed up their new payout option. I've A guy I know has been waiting for 2 weeks a non-specific amount of time.

I guess it's all a matter of opinion.

To me, 2+ weeks for a withdrawal that other books can do in a matter of days (using the same technology), is neither solid, nor efficient. Neither is making up lies to placate a player.

Used to be a big Intertops fan/player. Even won a WSOP seat with them back in 2005. They treated me great. However the high payout fees eventually drove me away. May have to reconsider going back to them now.

Just got a good news/bad news email from Intertops:

The bad news, is they have no idea where the money for my withdrawal went.

The good news is, when I tell them I don't have it tomorrow, we can start an "investigation".

The other bad news is that the investigators don't work on the weekends, so we'll have to start back at square -1 on Monday.
