I really have been very happy with First Fidelity/YouWager, and have been a customer for many years, so it pains me to write this complaint; but the CSR was short and rude with me, and the manager was "too busy" to speak with me, so here it goes.......

On 8/24, I made a $500 deposit (via p2p) taking a bonus with a 6x roll and 30 day hold, with action for at least 4 weeks.

Today is 9/23, officially 30 days after the original deposit. I have ran my account to over $3700, rolled over the deposit and bonus well over the 6x threshold (close to 13x), and provided them action every week.

I call today and ask for a withdrawal, and they "the system says I cannot withdrawal until 9/26". I ask if it was a 33 day hold, and they reply "no". Then I ask again, why am I not eligible, they reply that the 30 day hold has not been met. I say "30 days from 8/24 is 9/23. What is the issue? He keep saying that the system is telling him 9/26."

I was not rude at all. I simply asked if I could speak to manager to discuss, and was told that she was busy, and I would have to call back later.

This is the first time I have ever received less than top-notch service from YouWager, but I want to be factual. I held up my end, YouWager -- why won't you hold up your end, and send me the cash?

I am submitting a complaint to SBR.

And before any of you clowns respond and say, "Whats the big deal, it is only three days?" It is a big deal, because I met all of their requirements, and still can't withdrawal.

any chance that your first bet after the deposit was on 8/26 and therefore the 30 days are on 9/26?

No, but even if I did, why would that change the 30 day rule? The purpose of the 30 day hold and 6x rollover is to keep me from withdrawing right away after taking a bonus. I feel that I have complied with those requirements.

Shop has gone downhill not going to go into details but I will never use them again. They do pay but IMO not in the class of Heritage, 5Dimes, or Bookmaker/DSI.

You can buyout of your bonus as well you know that right? Not saying you should have to but if you really need the money asap, I've done it before

UPDATE: The issue has now been resolved, and a payout is in process.

You know this is a great point. At first i was thinking it is only 3 days . I see his point though he met the rules they should too. This is even a better point. In those extra 3 days i can see maybe not him but someone going into the Casino. I can also see losing every cent in there because i have done it before in the past. As a matter of fact it was in their Live Casino i went in with $985 and wanted to round it off to $1000 and i lost it all losing every hand . So i can see that 3 extra days costing you big .

5dimes was habitual with this shit ... they used every trick in the book to delay my payouts verification after I verified last weeks payout and had the acct for 6 years, person 2 person is down, its a costa rican holiday, storm has power down you name it. That 6x roll is done in a day of cfb If I go on a heater but I doubt too many guys make it past that 30 days without going cold and blowing it all back....lets give mtnerr1212 a few more days to get cold ...You know this is the thinking. Its really a horrible setup them holding your money like that i'm 2.5 hours away from vegas i'm really thinking about making that drive instead of dealing with this nonsense.

Sportbet is run by 5D and the Casino is horrible there. I can see them doing that hoping you lose everything there .Wow 2.5 from Vegas i Love Arizona would you happen to be near Lake Havasu ? I would Love to retire there absolutely Love the Desert.

This why you don't take bonuses for any books. Haven't played with them in months but they did my P2P withdrawal with confirmation # the same day back in May. They did the same thing to me before just be a little patient.
