For some reason you think you click enter promotion and they say you didn't and all your bets don't calculated on a bonus.

Usually Bovada would look things over and then credit the bonus, but this time they wouldn't give it out. Everything was completed except the promotion was not opted in.

They're pretty reputable, so I guess I didn't click the enter button. Next time I have to print screen it with also showing the date and time, so I can get the bonus.


Besides that. Great book and fast payouts.

Oh yea, I forgot to mention. I never did not get paid by them for the years I've been with them, but I feel that their customer service is not as good.

I could be wrong on that, but just my experience. I have been able to talk to a supervisor and they usually are very understanding of anything.
