    BETTAP is a scam, stay away from this sportsbook!

    I found this sportsbook in skrill promotions, so I thought it was a serious sportsbook. They were offering couple of bonuses during World Cup 2014. I claimed their bonus offers, placed two bets, both of them lost. So I continued with my last bet placed on final match between Argentina and Germany, this bet was winning but never paid. They cancelled it saying my bets were too high. Later I found that their bonus offer was a trap (During active bonus period only one bet per game event is allowed, and the maximum allowed bet per market and per game event / match is €25). I told them to be sorry for breaking this rule and I also told them to keep their bonus and its winnings. But actually I want to see the rest of the winning or all of my deposits because already my first bet was breaking this rule ( without knowing it). Their terms and conditions have only one purpose to get money out of you.
    Basically they gave me a chance to lose my bets twice and my winning bet was cancelled and this is how they make profit. Make up your own mind.

    pretty poor book in regards to bonuses. I believe the £50 sign up bonus has to be wagered in £10 bets.

    They're part of pololo gaming group, if you have an account with any of their other sites, then you won't be eligible for a bonus - problem is they will give it to you automatically and then take it away later.

    While it's your fault for not reading the bonus terms, they should have voided all the bets made if they violated the bonus terms. Although it might not be as simple as that - were all the bets made using bonus funds or were some with your own money? If some bets were with your own money then those bets may have been fine, it could just be the bet(s) made with bonus funds that were too high and thus voided.

    I looked into this complaint and advised the player;

    Unfortunately you had lost all your real money funds before any bonus play was initiated with the first two deposits, so any complaint about the bonus terms for those deposits is moot.

    Bet Tap have followed their terms and conditions, and fair industry practice, by refunding your third deposit after you broke the bonus terms.

    After the closer look at their terms that you suggested I would not consider this promotion a scam.

    Sorry I cannot do more for you. It's important to read the terms of any bonus you take. They often have multiple rules and are different from book to book.

    Well nobody is perfect, I read this terms but somehow I missed one of them. First of all I wanted to place bets during World Cup. Tell me what kind of sportsbook is this. If you lose you are welcome if you win we just don't pay you and everything goes well with their terms and conditions. Even if you want to meet their rollover with that funny€25 limit, you have to do your best and pray to God to give you enough of matches in 30days.
