Very impressed with Heritage Customer Service

I sent them a message this weekend with an issue on their end that was causing some major headaches. I promptly got a message back from a regular representative that "nobody else was experiencing this". I replied back with further details and was told that this was forwarded to their IT department. I didn't hear anything else til Monday evening when I got a reply from someone in upper management. He detailed and admitted the issue on their end and apologized for it.

People who have issues that are not handled properly with regular reps just need to ask for management. I think the regular reps only handle the most basic of issues.

exactly which is why I don't understand all the hate they get on here for it. don't expect regular csr people to be able to help you with non day-to-day issues.

they have always been classy with me in the way they handle issues in the 3 years I've been with them
