Hi, I bet in live on over 22.5 games in a tennis match, the match has had 31 games. First they gave me the bet as lost, I have been contacted by chat and tell me that back the amount of the bet but not the profits because they say there has been a technical issue, they say the decision is final.

what game did you play??? I thought both tennis game this morning went under . They should honor your bet if the total is correct, unless the total is an error then they probably have the right to cancel your wager as "no action"
