I made a deposit and their rep omar tells they have no restrictions. I even ask repeatedly if they have restrictions on their fp such as cap on winning or parlays and he assures me that they have no conditions. I later learn he intentionally lyed to me because he wanted to make his quota. I call to notify them and they said for their behavior they would add 10 dollars to my account which I accepted. Here is the behavior of their rep after nothing was done as promised.

Just so i got this right . They gave you a FP of $15 last month and Omar lied to you to get you to deposit by telling you it can be used on a parlay . Then you found out you cannot and complained to a manager. He told you he would give you a $10 FP for Omar lying about the $15 FP . And you ahve not gotten it yet and by the Chat it looks like you will not. Is that right ?

Same thing happened to me and the still call and e-mail me offering bonuses. I basically say "are you sure" and they say something along the lines "of ya, we can't offer you a bonus". So annoying.

I've had no issues with them. I even called them about a problem I had with a wager and a supervisor cancelled out the wager, without batting an eye. That's a first in my book, and the manager spoke perfect English.

I have been with them about 10 years. Never have had a problem getting paid. The only thing is, they will be weird about their bonuses. I have been called also and promised something then all of a sudden I do not qualify for it.
