    I got banned from betpoints a couple of months ago. At least they were kind enough to cash out the points I had already earned.

    Go to "my betpoints" and choose a reward. Depending on the amount of your betpoints, you can either get cash into your account, a gift card, some bookmaker merchandise, etc.
