    Got an email saying 'please confirm the receipt by replying this email ASAP before your next call to us or deposit. I need to send you VERY IMPORTANT information concerning your account'

    Ya it's just a sales pitch. They usually do this after unsuccessfully contacting you by phone. Can be annoying but I have also received some very good deals.
